Hapori Tohu
Next up on our list of themes that you asked to see from Toy Fair 2015 is Technic. To sweeten the pot a little we're also including Mindstorms and Creator. All three themes help inspire the imagination and often give instructions for multiple sets. To see what was on display, read on! View the full article Quote News Forums Q&A
Aanchir
Glad (and a bit surprised) to see people here are so interested in Technic, considering how few MOCs here ever actually incorporate complex Technic functions. Personally, I like Technic sets, but the actual process of designing a functional Technic model usually takes more engineering know-how than I have. All the sets here look nice, but none stand out as ones I particularly want to own. I'm more drawn to adventure themes like BIONICLE, Ninjago, and Elves, and there are enough of those this year to really eat into my LEGO budget! Rooster Nui
I quite like the Fire Plane, it's got a very solid color scheme in my opinion and I'm interested to see what is with the water shown on the box art. It seems like there is some function of dropping water pieces, which I'm not familiar with, but it seems cool.
Toa Smoke Monster
A lot of these look really cool. Many of them have good looking builds and color schemes. But I'm saving my money for Bionicle and (possibly) Star Wars sets, so I'll have to pass on getting these. Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. fishers64
I wonder if a constraction figure could ride the bike. -TomdroidserIf the size of the wheels is any indication, yes. After all, they made a bike with those wheels for Speeda to ride. Might be a little tricky to place the legs (bend the knees) and hands (those handlebars don't look constraction-hand friendly), but it could be done. For me, Red Creatures looks nice (hi A.D. lol), and any dune buggy model is a temptation. Unfortunately, my Lego budget is going to Bionicle and Elves, and these don't appeal nearly as much as those do.
