kagarak Posted February 20, 2015 Share Posted February 20, 2015 Roodaka - rethinking I wanted to build roodaka long ago differently than she was presented in her set form. It was not shown in the best possible way and her form in Bionicle 3 was best of all in my opinion. Initially during the build I used screen caps from the Web of Shadows as guidelines. I wanted to make her the same as this version. But the version from the movie was still not the best. As a result it was necessary for me to remake a lot of things. I left the general idea from the old version, but as a result it was crucial to reimagine each part of her separately from scratch.Even now I see that it is not absolutely perfect, though I would like to see her in the set form just like that in 2015.(Sorry for my English) 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

McNugget Posted February 20, 2015 Share Posted February 20, 2015 You Seemed to Pick up the whole Roodaka look, but, where exactly is the ccbs, I mean, if your entering this in the contest, You need a little CCBS to make it less like just a Roodaka revamp, And more 2015 Style. Because Right now it looks Gen 1 Style(Which is best style) Also I like the Staff, Could you take a picture of here climbing up a large rock(As a throwback to that one comic), and That is a very nice use of the IFB Tail Claws as Hair. Poor Disadvantaged Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 You have preserved her original look quite nicely, yet you also have managed to control her proportions and add a whole lot that really make her that ruthless manipulator and villian. While I'm not sure about your aversion of CCBS in light of the competition criteria (some black shells added strategically could really have added to that refined, sleek theme), it's a really nice MOC.Definitely one of the better Roodakas out there.
