Second, about the books: since most of them are relatively new books (well, 2007 onwards) I would give Amazon a try if you live somewhere that they ship. In addition, if you have a local bookstore (Indigo stores in Canada, Barnes & Noble in the US) try the children's novel section, as you may be able to find some there that are in good condition I hope that your search for these books goes well! Edit: after a quick search on Amazon, a lot of the books are there for under a dollar!
