1. The spinning masks under your avatar are actually yearly masks that you receive for each year you've been on BZPower since you joined. For example, I have an Olmak (Brutahka's mask), which means I have been on BZPower for five years since I joined. 5year.gif
 
2. You can go to your signature in "My Settings" and add the images through the text editor there. To add images, you simply click the button above your text box that looks like a tree (it's under the smiley face and text colour). Then you add the link to your image, and it will automatically embed it for you. Alternatively, you can manually add images by using this BBCode:

[img="Insert Link Here"][/img]

To add to the above post, you do not actually need the closing tag for images. you only need the opening tag [ img=image url here ] Remember to remove any spaces.
