CarumEsSarene Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 The Lost Toa: The desolate city laid deep in the heart of Okoto. Plant life from the Southern jungles moored the abandoned citadel. The toa heroes wandered around, uneasy of the land they trekked.Lewa, master of jungle, scouted the skies. No sign of any particular life. Then the presence of an injured bird caught the Toa's eye. It fluttered weakly to a home covered thickly in brambles. Lewa landed towards the home to investigate, the bird landing behind the home."Why would it land here?" The toa thought; his train of thought halted by a dark shadow passing through the home.Lewa held his breath and readied his swords, slowly approaching the strange shadow as it neared the injured bird.The shadow appeared to be a toa. Her body slim and similar to that of jungle elements. Wearing little to no armour, concealing herself in a cloak painted with runes and markings. Lewa watched behind the corner of the abode as the toa gracefully lifted the injured bird in her palms.With a whim and breath, the toa displayed her powers, healing the bird of its ailments in a bath of glowing light. Lewa gazed in wonder, the bird flying away. The finished version will be posted on Wattpad. I consider myself not only a writer but a literary artist. The main focus of my writing is my imagery. Being able to literally paint the story in your mind as you read. I can still picture it happening though It's alright. The healer is Okoto's last remaining toa. Considered the mother. When Ekimu was laid to rest, the healer vanished as well.
