I just logged in, and I got redirected to a dodgy advertising site. Can the BZP staff please stop allowing these ads to populate the site, because to be honest, if you don't you're no better than places like TubePlus or AnimeFlavor. Reznas Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 (edited) The general practice when it comes to inappropriate ads is to take a screenshot of the ad in question, copy the URL of the website the ad directs to (if you are willing to) and send both to an active forum assistant (another link). Could that be because I don't use the main page to get here? For example I see a Maytag one right now. Sometimes I see stuff that has to do with my search history. Like if an Ebay one pops up in shows stuff I may have searched for such as Chima sets. So if I may try clearing out your browser history and cookies. Just incase you picked up a bad one on some random site. Running a malware scan or alike wouldn't hurt... Like I was on a specific blog post and I clicked the link back to the blog itself. It redirected, but not to anything particularly bad. Just an ad website for local jobs. If it stops then don't get it because BZP could use the advertisement revenue. If you have been experiencing this problem, please go to the ticket I linked to and post the following:-The URL that you get redirected to.-If you have any ad-blocking software/plugins installed on your computer.
