Sure, a Toa of Water could bend the water around her head, but that just leaves a void underneath the water, as there is no air to breathe beneath the waves. Should she have a larger lung capacity, she may not need it, but should she not have such a capacity, it is vital for her to wear a mask in which to breathe underwater. That ability could also be useful for others. Why do people hate the Kaukau so much? If you could use the mask powers of the original Toa, what would you do with them?
