Makuta Miras
^Click for the Imgur gallery^ Not much to say about this one, really. This Kopaka goes along with my previous Tahu and Pohatu revamps, which is why I've tried to build it in a similar style to them. Sadly, this MOC isn't possible in real life, mostly due to the number of parts using the old light grey colour, which I used because I wanted to mimic the colours the original Kopaka set used. Now, before anyone says anything about the mask- and I know a lot of you will- I had no choice; it's the only mask in LDD which has a scope on it until the eventual update containing the new Bionicle parts. Prowl Nightwolf
Wow he looks really solid from the front and the back. Evergrey: Toa of Music
The other 2 MoC's have been good, but this is actually pure gold. This here looks like an artist's impression of Kopaka or a sculpture or something. It doesn't have a living look to it, more like a Greek Statue (made of lego parts But yeah, I really like it. The Rocka helmet in white actually looks perfect for this model and the sword is a great design. The shield is a little small, but that's a very minor gripe. Very impressive! I like it (in case you couldn't tell). Makuta Miras
Wow he looks really solid from the front and the back. I'm not quite sure what to say to such high praise! Thanks! The shield is a little small, but that's a very minor gripe.I think I can see where you're coming from, but the original two Kopaka sets had even smaller shields, and the one I used here is the biggest piece suitable that's in LDD.Thanks a lot for the comments, people! Dallior
Perfect! Just... perfect!!! How did you think of this and render it? Quote "Remember when the comics forum had a lot of good stuff? Let's make that a thing again." -Kazi the Matoran
Prowl Nightwolf
So would this qualify as a "Kopaka as he could have appeared in a Hero Factory Cameo"? Makuta Miras
Perfect! Just... perfect!!! How did you think of this and render it?Well, the limbs are actually a pretty simple design I started using ages ago in order to position CCBS shells where normal bones don't allow you to, and the torso is just copied from my other two Mata revamps. The shoulder pads were intended to mirror those on my Tahu revamp, because of the whole rivalry thing between them, and the armour on the back of the legs is, I believe, the same construction as is used on the Star Wars ultrabuilds coming out later this year. As for the rendering, I used LDD to POV-Ray. Anyway, thanks! So would this qualify as a "Kopaka as he could have appeared in a Hero Factory Cameo"? No. The closest thing to that would be Greg appearing in G2.
Dallior
Oh, that's right. POV-Ray does look that way... Quote "Remember when the comics forum had a lot of good stuff? Let's make that a thing again." -Kazi the Matoran
Dane-gerous
For some reason, I don't like the look of this. Too much white imo

UngluedBike
Try and make it with the new light grey and Kopaka's 2015 mask. That'd look quite nifty I'd say. Makuta Miras
The new 2015 pieces aren't in LDD yet, so I can't, although some predictions I got from some other people said the update would be coming out sometime soon-ish. In my opinion, though, I don't think the Mask of Ice would really fit this Kopaka; it's too square to fit with this, I think, although I'll wait to see if I'm proven wrong when the update comes out. The UltimoScorp
Another intricate MOC, and quite tall, to boot! Overall a fairly great revamp of our classic Toa of Ice, though I do have two minor concerns. First, the shells on the arms, while looking really nice, would limit the movement and posability of the arms, I would suggest using smaller armor shells there. Second is more of a gripe on my part, but the lower legs are very thin from the back. Assuming we ever get those new shin pieces from the Star Wars ultrabuilds in LDD, I'd likely use those to at least add some shape and bulk to the back of the leg. If you mean the Chima add-ons, then nope, I'm not taking them off any time soon. Either way, I don't see how they'd be a problem for posing anyway; they hardly get in the way of the shoulder joint at all as it is. Second is more of a gripe on my part, but the lower legs are very thin from the back. Assuming we ever get those new shin pieces from the Star Wars ultrabuilds in LDD, I'd likely use those to at least add some shape and bulk to the back of the leg.Gotcha. This is the first of these MOCs to use that design, so I'll see if I can go back and alter it. Even old Kopaka didn't have that much white broHe's a Toa of Ice. Ice is white. Therefore, Toa of Ice are white.

Makuta Miras
Kopaka Mata never had any trans-blue other than his eyes, so no.
