It's nice that you even redid his feet, while keeping the three-toed design.Perhaps it's the pose, but it seems his shoulders and waist are the same width - is this true? Might be good to widen the shoulders a big, which could give him a bit more of an intimidating stance as well.Also, are those shells blue or purple? I can't tell with the lighting. Your Brutaka is heavy on the gold, so it may be nice to toss in a few extra blue/purple pieces to distribute and break apart the colour. Though congrats on having that many gold parts!
