The UltimoScorp
I've made several different MOCs, and would rather not spam up the forum with different topics for them all. So here goes. Legion heavy mech: http://imgur.com/a/Jo8Vt Ekial medium Mech: http://imgur.com/a/2HqFm Andrex, Toa of Fire: http://imgur.com/a/w0sOD Mirin, Toa of Water: http://imgur.com/a/RVkcG Thak, Skakdi of Iron: http://imgur.com/h6wBpjG That's it for this Moc dump, lemme know what works, what doesn't, and anything in between! Makuta Miras
Legion heavy mech: http://imgur.com/a/Jo8VtLegion looks great, solid colour scheme and a nice design. Only thing I'd say though is maybe cover up those exposed studs with some tiles? They sorta stand out a bit from the rest of the MOC. Ekial medium Mech: http://imgur.com/a/2HqFmLike Legion, I'd recommend covering up the studs; they're more obtrusive here. I'd also say maybe recolour the feet? It's just there isn't really much black anywhere else on the MOC. Andrex, Toa of Fire: http://imgur.com/a/w0sODPictures are sideways. Mirin, Toa of Water: http://imgur.com/a/RVkcGOkay, so you've got a solid colour scheme here, which is nice. A few things: First, I don't like the way the shins go down into the smaller feet, although that's just my personal preference. Second, those thighs really need some armour on them; at the moment they just look skinny and weird. Thak, Skakdi of Iron: http://imgur.com/h6wBpjGLove it! Spines are amazing, and I love the little detail of the iron pellet. Only complaint is that we don't have a front view. Keep up the good work!
Cirkitree
I'm a wee bit jealous of how good that Skakdi turned out. I've been fiddling for weeks with my pieces trying to figure out how to make a good-looking Skakdi, and the solution appears much simpler than I initially thought!I like the colors, and the gun on that guy too. Very cool. The color schemes on the first big mech and on the Toa of Fire look nice, but I think the cab-portion of the other mech, and the legs of the Toa of Water seem a little bare. Armor for both, methinks.
The UltimoScorp
Legion heavy mech: http://imgur.com/a/Jo8VtLegion looks great, solid colour scheme and a nice design. Only thing I'd say though is maybe cover up those exposed studs with some tiles? They sorta stand out a bit from the rest of the MOC. I've actually been meaning to go back and rework a few things with this MOC, and those studs are included in that. Ekial medium Mech: http://imgur.com/a/2HqFmLike Legion, I'd recommend covering up the studs; they're more obtrusive here. I'd also say maybe recolour the feet? It's just there isn't really much black anywhere else on the MOC. This one on the other hand, I rather like the studs on. Gives it that bolted on armor plated look. So those ones will likely stay. Now that you mention the feet, they do look a little out of place in black. Andrex, Toa of Fire: http://imgur.com/a/w0sODPictures are sideways. Fixed~ (been meaning to fix those for ages now.....) Mirin, Toa of Water: http://imgur.com/a/RVkcGOkay, so you've got a solid colour scheme here, which is nice. Yeah, I originally had her with some armor pieces from Takadox, but felt they broke up the color scheme(and I also lost them) That said, I just didn't have the parts I needed to get what I wanted with this one. Thak, Skakdi of Iron: http://imgur.com/h6wBpjGLove it! Spines are amazing, and I love the little detail of the iron pellet. Only complaint is that we don't have a front view. Trust me, he looks much better from this angle But I'll see what I can do.Keep up the good work! Thanks a ton! Quote BZPRPG Profiles The Unofficial Guide to TBRPG Combat!
