Hello! I have a question(s) pertaining to the creation of a group profile. Is this allowed?

I have a video game project that I and some friends of mine are working on, and while I have to keep on updating the first post with updates (what else), I seem to have hit a limit and lost some stuff while I inserted some new stuff. I should have reserved a couple of posts after the first one, but it's too late to do that (if it is possible to insert some reserved posts after the first post that would be quite awesome. :D ). My team and I would love to update stuff in the first post but we can't, so I opted to create a new topic and after transferring stuff from one topic to another the old topic could be closed. But then i had an idea: a group profile. I could create a profile where everyone in the team would have access to it and only use it when pertaining to this project. Afterwards a new topic would still be created using this new profile. This brings a couple of questions, however:

  1. As mentioned before, is it okay to do this under the prescribed conditions? If so, would I have to make a new email address as well just for this new profile?
  2. Is it alright to make a new topic in the Fan Created Media sub-forum that is just about like a previous one just with some edits with the prescribed conditions?
  3. Is it possible for a staff member and/or moderator to just insert a couple of posts in the middle of a topic?

Thank you for reading this, I appreciate it and hope to have some worthwhile answers. :D

Let's see...

1. I don't think this would be possible, given the following: "Every person is granted one BZPower account. A person is not permitted have more than one account."

2. This should be okay, but I don't get the final call here. Black Six leads Fan-Created Media. However, I know it has been done before in other BZP creative forums. I would ask him, and also ask to have more than one post reserved for content, given the length of your original opening post. This could be done by having other team members post after the topic is created to reserve space, or you could create multiple temporary topics that would be merged into the main one with the same result. The board automatically merges double posts within a certain time frame, so the latter option could be used to circumvent that.

3. Unfortunately, no. Any topic surgery we do is bound by the dates of the posts. The topic will automatically reorder its posts based on their timestamps even if we merge, split, or do anything, really.
