Name: Nuhahu
Species: Ko-Matoran
Gender: Female
Powers/Gear: As a matoran of ice, Nuhahu has a resistance to cold temperatures. She wields a protosteel katana with a bronze hilt and mata blue string wrapped around the hilt. The ice matoran also has a pistol resembling a desert eagle.
Personality: Nuhahu is cold and antisocial like most matoran of ice. However, she has a desire to explore other islands and got a Jaeger in order to be able to travel to other islands.
Bio: The ice matoran was on another island during the great cataclysm. The island was struck by the earthquake and the volcano erupted, forcing many matoran to flee to the nearest island named Kakuta, where they resettled. At some point in time, Jaegers were shipped to her new home for protection against the Kaiju. To Nuhahu, it was the perfect way to explore the world around her.
Appearance: The ice matoran has an athletic build and a feminine frame. Her torso and feet are white in color, but the rest of her body is colored gray. Nuhahu wears a kanohi Kaukau is a transparent mask with no color. The matoran's eyes are colored light blue.

Kanohi: Kakama
Weaponry: Rather than use the standard weaponry, there are spikes on the feet & knuckles of the Jaegers. There are also blades on the elbows of the machine.
Pilot: Nuhahu
Appearance: It resembles a boxor in design, but there are a few alterations. Its color scheme has the orange accents replaced with blue and the cockpit is outfitted with the controls and a screen for the pilot to use. Instead of the metal being painted black, it retains its titanium metallic color and the dark grey is replaced with light grey. On the back, there is a hatch for the kanohi Kakama, which is grey. On the top of the machine, there is a light blue symbol, which is a circle with three icicles. The arms are equipped with spiked fists and elbow blades instead of hooks.


Name: Bakira
Species: Skakdi of gravity
Gender: Female
Powers/Gear: In conjunction with another skakdi, she can access her powers of gravity. The gravity skakdi takes a sledgehammer as her weapon of choice. She has telescopic and X-ray vision.
Personality: The skakdi is unusually friendly and claims unity is the most important virtue to follow. However, she resents being seen as inferior.
Bio: Bakira grew up on the island of Zakaz, a war torn country that resulted from Spiriah's interference with the inhabitants of the island. She spent her time hiding from the conflicts long before the wars on Zakaz ended. When Jaegers were shipped to her home, the skakdi of gravity made off with a MK II.
Appearance: The female skakdi has three sharp claws on each foot and her legs are longer than a male skakdi's. Her hips are slightly wider than normal. Bakira has an athletic build and her color scheme consists of black armor and claws with her organic tissue being purple. Her eyes are yellow in color, unlike normal skakdi that have red or orange eyes. Bakira's spines oddly resemble Reidak's spines, despite the two of them not being related at all.

Name: Detangi 
Species: Skakdi of sonics
Gender: Male
Powers/Gears: When working together with Bakira, Detangi can use his powers of sonics. The skakdi of sonics carries two MU equivalents of colts as his weapons. His vision power is Thermal and X-ray vision.
Personality: The sonic skakdi is incredibly loud by nature and doesn't seem to ever shut up. To the other skakdi on Zakaz, he's all bark and no bite, often refusing to battle if he can't win.
Bio: Detangi is just another skakdi on the island. At some point in time, he met Bakari, who didn't seem to mind the fact that he was rather loud whenever he spoke. Later, when she met him to show off her new Jaeger, he requested to be her co-pilot. As of 26/6/15, he is deceased after Darken killed him during a battle. 
Appearance: The black skakdi has grey webbed feet, black legs and thigh armor. All of his organic tissue is colored grey. Oddly, he likes to wear red headphones with a orange Hau painted on the sides. His blue eyes are hidden by his dark sunglasses.

Kanohi: Crast
Weaponry: The Jaeger is equipped with a gatling gun on the left arm and a four fingered hand with an opposable thumb on the right side.
Pilots: Bakira & Detangi
Appearance: The machine resembles an Exo-Toa in design. The cockpit is painted purple. There is a screen and controls on the inside for the pilot to use and in the back of the machine, there is a hatch for the Kanohi Crast. The head serves as protection for the user's face and it has the matoran symbol for unity in sand purple paint. The eyes are yellow in color and allow the user to see from inside from the machine. The right hand is silver to match the armor plating on the machine. The minigun is unpainted and it is black. The gas barrel and ammo clip for the weapon stick out on the left and right side respectively.


Name: Dodger
Species: Kaiju
Gender: Male
Category: One
Adaptation: Dodging

• At level one, its skin is thickened to become impervious to weak or slow strikes, although faster and stronger attacks along with homing missiles give dodging kaiju a hard time. (Current level as of 13/6/2015)
• At level two, it can dodge fast and strong strikes and blow away single homing missiles with its breath, but the fastest and strongest of attacks will reach the Kaiju and harm it. Clusters of homing missiles will still get past it.
• At level three, it becomes even faster at dodging attacks and can now send clusters of homing missiles away with its breath, unless one injures it.
• At level four, dodging Kaiju become smaller in size and its hind legs become more muscular so it can jump further distances. Its senses are heightened, making it easier to detect attacks than before.

Personality: Kaiju of dodging typically avoid combat to remain safe or rely on avoiding blows to tire out their opponents. They live as solitary creatures as having too many of them in the same area can lead to injuries when jumping around.
Bio: No one knows when Kaiju came into existence or why they decided to attack the sapient beings, they just came out of the blue and wreaked havoc.
Appearance: Dodging Kaiju are tiny in comparison to the other kinds of Kaiju in existence and they seem to be odd creatures with the characteristics of several animals. They have the talons of eagles, two strong muscular legs found on creatures like kangaroos, arms with tiger claws capable of tearing through flesh with ease and a head with two insectoid eyes facing forwards, the snout and ears of a wolf and the fangs of a bat. Their color scheme is red fur with silver stripes.

Name: Tonitrui.

Species: Kaiju

Gender: Female.

Category: 1.

Adaptations: Electric Skin - her skin gives off an electrical charge.

Personality: Careful and crafty, this Kaiju relies on stealth, ambush and battles of attrition to defeat her opponents.

Bio: Just another kaiju to come swarming out of the hive…. or is she?

Appearance: A nightmare of tentacles, talons, tendrils and teeth, Tonitrui is varying shades of blue, with translucent blue spines and other markings. She has no legs, instead possessing three long, muscular large tentacle/tails covered in spines and barbs. Her arms end in large clawed hands with stinging lashes growing out of their palms.

Name: Darken.

Species: Kaiju.

Gender: Male.

Category: 1.

Adaptations: Inferno - intense heat radiates from his skin.

Personality: Brutal, destructive and simple-minded, Darken relies on sheer strength and devastating power to crush his opponents.  

Bio: A rogue who has severed all ties to the rest of the kaiju swarm, Darken has set up his lair in an unknown underwater cave somewhere near the breach. It is in this lair that Darken keeps his trophies - the severed heads of the jaegers he has slain.

Appearance: His body is a mottled copper/brown colour, and is covered in translucent orange spines. He has no arms, instead posessing two immensely powerful bladed wings, for flight and close-ranged attacks. His legs end in wide, clawed feet, and his face is one gigantic toothy maw, with a cluster of eyestalks on the ends of his multiple barbed tongues.

Name: Oblitus.

Species: Vortixx.

Gender: Male.

Powers/Gear: Wields a power scream Rhotuka spinner, and a twilight blade.

Personality: A loner by choice, Oblitus is cold, cunning and cruel. He doesn’t like working with others, or conforming to the norm, and is more than happy to sacrifice the lives of others so long as it benefits him.  

Bio: Oblitus used to be a big game hunter on the Southern Continent before being enlisted to help fight the biggest game of all: Kaiju.

Appearance: Unremarkable for a Vortixx. Black and silver armour, red eyes. 

Jaeger: The Solitarius Lupus.

MK: 2, Level 2. 

Kanohi: Arthron.   

Weaponry: The left arm ends in a sonic cannon - a rifle-like weapon that fires concentrated pulses of sonic energy - visible only as faint ripples in the air - this weapon is the one influenced by the level 1/2 power boosts. The left arm possesses a three-clawed hand and has an electrified, sword-like protosteel blade grafted onto it. After being upgraded to level 2, it was also equipped with a pair of single-barreled, shoulder-mounted missile pods. The projectiles used are more like harpoons, designed to punch through kaiju armour and embed themselves in the flesh beneath before detonating a few seconds after impact. 

Pilot: Oblitus.

Appearance: Primarily black, with gunmetal grey armour plating, and a gleaming silver finish on its weapons. The design it simple - roughly humanoid, but with no head. Instead, the cockpit is housed within the torso, which has been reinforced with additional protosteel plating.

Adaptation:

At level one, Skia has chameleon skin- nothing too special yet.

Personality Skia prefers to hang back and watch the other Kaiju fight, but in a fight, Skia can be vicious, so he is not afraid of getting his hands dirty.

Bio: Since no one knows where the Kaiju have come from, Skia has no real history.

Appearance: Along, thin Kaiju, with long, lanky legs. His face appears somewhat like the Kraahkan, and has long,thick spikes running along his back. He is colored a dark grey with dark orange eyes.

Name: Kami.
Species: Ko-Skakdi.
Gender: Male.
Powers/Gear: Two large katanas that can be stored at the hips.
Personality: More than anything, Kami loves a good fight. There is nothing he likes more than the feeling of his sword ripping through an enemy's gut. However, he is still very intelligent - he is a master strategist and makes sure to assess his enemies prior to beginning fighting, and when he does get into the thick of battle makes sure all his strikes are precise and powerful. Kami is also deeply religious and has no problem with dying for his cause.
Appearance: A tall white Skakdi with a Maedate crest attached to his head. He is well-built and always in armor, with two scabbards constantly at his hips.
Jaeger: K-Tengu.

 

Name: Kaze.
Species: Le-Skakdi.
Gender: Male.
Powers/Gear: Two large katanas that can be stored at the hips.
Personality: Like his brother, Kaze is a serious fighter and religious zealot. He loves racing through the corpses of both enemies and comrades, laying waste to those who oppose him. Kaze is also very adaptable, able to completely switch his fighting style on the spot. Whereas Kami's attacks are precise and purposeful, Kaze strikes fast and with quick succession. He also has a knack for technology and has made some personal modifications to K-Tengu.
Appearance: A tall dark-green Skakdi with a Maedate crest attached to his head. He is well-built and always in armor, with two scabbards constantly at his hips.

Kanohi: Kanohi of Self-Destruction. Releases a huge wave of plasma when activated, incinerating the user and seriously damaging or even killing nearby Kaiju.
Weaponry: Arm-mounted retractable blades with plasma-generating edges; small, shoulder-mounted energy harpoon guns.
Pilot(s): Kami and Kaze.
Appearance: Small compared to other Jaegers, Killer Tengu is built for speed and stealth. She is thin and flexible, with a very aerodynamic frame and light weaponry. Her legs are digitigrade, built to house large boosters for quick bursts of speed when killing Kaiju. Tengu's armor is silver and gunmetal, decorated with religious Skakdi symbols (Kanji), and the head is sharp and pointed, with a visor and protruding lower jaw.

Bio: K-Tengu was created as a custom Jaeger for Kami and Kaze when their warlord was killed. The duo was ready to commit ritual suicide in order to preserve their dignity, but their immense fighting prowess was recognized and they were barely persuaded to be drafted into protecting their world. The two got along surprisingly well for Skakdi and became a powerful stealth unit against the Kaiju. K-Tengu would sneak up on the sea-beasts before announcing their presence with a thunderous battle cry.

Name: Acacia
Species: Vo-Matoran
Gender: Female
Powers/Gear:  Resistance to Electricity, Pocket-watch, Stone pendant (Good Luck Charm), Red scarf (to keep the cold out)
Personality: Acacia is Cocky, Hot-blooded, and always raring to get into a fight. However, underneath this brash exterior lies a more emotional and compassionate side to her, as she will usually go out of her way to help others. For some reason, she also speaks in an unusual accent.
Bio: Stemming from the shores of stelt, Acacia was separated from just about everyone she knew in the destruction of her homeland via a Kaiju attack. After wandering for many years and gaining the moniker of an Ace Pilot, she decided to join the battle against the Kaiju, despite her small stature.
Appearance: Acacia’s primary armour is light blue, with white highlights. She has a Lithe, compact build, and wears a Powerless blue Kakama.
Jaeger: Phantoka Kopen

Weaponry: Stealth systems, Arm blades
Pilot(s): Acacia
Appearance: Obviously Humanoid, The Phantoka Kopen is a relatively small, stealthy Jaeger, with the cockpit built into the head, a visor barely visible on the mask, which appears to be part of the head entirely. Its armour is mainly Gunmetal and white, and is streamlined to allow for improved hydrodynamics. The Inside of the cockpit is rather compact, but still allows for full movement of the Pilot.

 

Name: “Lash”
Species: Kaiju
Gender: Disputed, possibly Male
Category: I
Adaptations: Razor skin*
Powers/Gear: A long, whiplike tail with a bladed tip, Tough jaws and razor-sharp teeth
Personality: Lash’s main battle style is to sneak up on opponents underwater, then leap out and strike once he gets close enough. Having little intelligence to speak of, he usually does things on Primal Instinct.
Bio: One of the newest strains of Kaiju to emerge from the nest, Lash hasn’t been around for long, but at least he knows how to survive in the murky waters of Aqua Magna.
Appearance: The most striking aspect of Lash’s Reptilian form is his sheen of Metallic scales that cover his Head, back, arms, and tip of his tail. His back has a large dorsal fin on it, and his claws are webbed, allowing for faster movement in the water. His tail is long and flexible, with a sharp metallic stinger on the end.

 

*Razor skin: The skin is made up of serrated, razor-sharp scales.

Cat. 1: The scales are small, and are unable to damage Jaegers significantly, but can provide slightly better defense

Cat. 2: The scales, when forcefully pushed against raw metallic protodermis, can damage it.

Cat. 3: the Scales coming in contact with Jaeger armour can heavily damage it.

Cat. 4: The scales are now so sharp that even a slight brush can shred heavy armour plates.

 

I'll have a few questions once the RPG actually gets underway, but for now... Here's to year 60,000!

Name: Dessimus

 

Species: Matoran

 

Gender: Male

 

Powers/Gear: Dessimus wears personal body armour that gives him mildly improved strength, but while very durable, makes him slow whenever not in Whisper.

 

Personality: Dessimus is cold, bitter, and wondrous at combat. He hates Kaiju out of the bottom of his heart and wishes them to all be exterminated. He also really likes chocolate.

 

Bio: Dessimus used to have a friend who became a Toa, but soon after having his life saved by a rebellious Rahkshi, he was eliminated. Dessimus hid out in a shack for several years, building his body armour and developing the technology to make it stronger. Eventually, he got possession of Whisper, and modified it to his liking. He originates from Xia, and remembers much of the land there.

 

Appearance: Dessimus' armour is silver and sleek, orange energy glowing along the cracks. He wears a black Kraakhan(decorative) after his old Miru was destroyed.

 

Jaeger: Blast Container 22056

 

Jaeger nickname: Whisper

 

MK: 1

 

Kanohi: Calix

 

Weaponry: Whispers' arms are very long and whip-like. They can be extended to double normal length and retracted almost entirely. They're very hard to destroy, but the ends only have grabbing appendages. Normal strength. Inside the body, there is several layers of padding to allow Whisper to take blows.

 

Pilots: Dessimus

 

Appearance: Whisper is not your normal Jaeger for many reasons. Its torso is almost entirely a box, and its legs are very square-ish too. It's all black, gray, silver, and gunmetal, but underneath those colors is a certain pink paint Dessimus has tried to hide...

 

 

Name: Abbenidium

 

Species: Kaiju

 

Gender: N/A, Abbenidium is incapable of gender

 

Category: 1

 

Adaptation(s): Chameleon skin

 

Powers/Gear: Abbenidium has two massive black pincers on the sides of its mouth. They are extremely sharp and durable.

 

Personality: Very emotionless. Similar to Vamprah. Brutal, and distracted by shiny objects.

 

Bio: Abbenidium slaughtered all the Kaiju that were there when it spawned. It held out in the depths until the reef crushed, when it emerged and helped a great deal in eliminating the Toa. But it has rarely seen a Jaeger.

 

Appearance: Abbenidium is hunched, and very muscular. Each of its limbs end in a large black claw, and it has multiple black eyes in a row under its hunched brow, yet it sees just like any other Kaiju.(think spider) It doesn't speak, not because it can't but because it won't. Its body rests a mix of gunmetal and black.

 

 

Notes: Abbenidium will continue to be silent for a very extended period. Crying out in pain and roaring will be the only noises it makes. Dessimus' Rahkshi encounter is and will only be for reference to Corpus Rahkshi and shall never be stated by him IC.

No, Ghidora, just no. Let me make a bet, and say that your chances of getting that improved are actually below zero.

Giving a matoran the strength of a toa? No.

Rahkshi being rebellious? No.

Wearing a bloody Kraahkan? A resounding "no".

"Jaeger" being a species? Do you even bother to read the profile guidelines?

Massively overpowered adaptation? Not a chance.

Seeing without eyes? No.

An Aqua-Magna native...not being an Aqua-Magna native? My best guess is "no".

Name : Black

Species : Onu-Matoran

Gender : Male

Powers/Gear : Colt Python MU equivalent, standard onu-elemental passive traits of above average strength and night vision. Also the owner of a bright yellow moped

Personality : Deep seated ideals of justice, chivalry and the desire to never see anyone cry out in sadness or pain ever again, all wrapped up in the failed armor of a snark knight and a wannabe superhero

Bio : A young engineer in Xia, his life was flipped upside down by the events leading up to the game's timeline. Full of fervor and bold, hot blooded GUTS, he helped engineer and pilot some of the first Jaegers. The horrors of war threw a bucket of ice cold sand on his hot bloodedness, grabbed the beautiful virgin ideals of his early life, took them out into the seedy part of town and left them broken and bloodied in a back alleyway. Despite this, he maintains a core of goodness within. Expertly hidden from the world and further damage by a rude and abrasive persona

Appearance : Rough and tumble to the point of cliche. He prefers light composite armor as opposed to clunky metal plate. He wears a noble Kakama with a burn on it's right side, leaving a silvery slash through the near-black protosteel. Standard onu-elemental coloration. Sports a well worn poncho and cowboy's hat, not quite unlike a certain mysterious Joe in appearance

Weaponry : A long elegant vibrosword, stylized as a rapier (Quite messy, but he enjoys seeing Kaiju blood) and an upsized model of Black's revolver

Appearance : Streamlined and sexy. It's manufactured in the likeness of one of the old Toa, bearing more than a passing resemblance to Krakua, the legendary De-Toa who died a heroic death defending the matoran in the early days of the Kaiju War

Species : Kaiju
Gender : Elastic
Category : One
Adaptions : "Kaiju Glue." A strong adhesive substance that it can lactate from pores and organs on it's hands and forearms. Bonds fairly quickly with metal and rock but not organic matter
Personality : Giant monster
Bio : Been doing giant monster things since it became giant
Appearance : Take a rahkshi, add squid-like features, add dragon like features and some vestigal feathers and size them up tenfold

Well here goes. GM hat on.

 

Ghidora.

 

First off. Krahkahn is a no. I get that it's probably just an aesthetic choice, but then we have to worry about avohkiis and other incredibly powerful masks and the possibility of Toa. That needs to change.

 

Second point. The power armor. While I'm okay with the concept, I will only approve if 1) it's only because des sinus is from Xia, and 2) it will not provide Toa level strength. If you want Toa strength, play a Skakdi.

 

Third point. While a minor point, it's important to note that the longer and more flexible the arms are, the easier they will be to damage based on physics alone.

 

Fourth point. Jeager is not a species, I assume you meant to put Kaiju there?

 

Fifth point. Need something in that personality section. Even if it's just something basic, we need something to ensure your character is played consistently.

 

Sixth point. Unless it's got thermal sight or some other sensory organs, no eyes equals no sight. Change it.

 

Seventh point. That custom power is waaaaaaay overpowered. Model it after the Jaeger equivilent if you want something similar, but any adaptation that makes your Kaiju feasibly invincible will not be approved.

I'd say the others have got everything in approvals, but quick note, Liuth; this is only a tiny thing, but the Metrutoran are all in the Matoran Pods still, meaning your character can't have come from Metru Nui unless they were on another island during the Great Cataclysm. I've got no problem with you editing a bit in about that.

As for Ghidora...

Personality: Angry.

Bio: He's a Kaiju who sometimes fights other Kaiju. Enough said.

Appearance: Large and in charge. Looks like he's made out of living rock. Primarily brown, black, grey, and gunmetal. Standard bipedal build with sharpened claws, spikes protruding from his body, and a long, stegosaurus-like tail.

 

Name: Phantom

Species: Kaiju

Gender: Female

Caregory: 1

Adaptations: Chameleon Skin

Personality: Hungry. Prefers to remain undetected in order to maintain the element of surprise.

Bio: Both cannibalistic and extremely territorial.

Appearance: Has a head resembling a shark, a body built like a manta ray that extends into bat-like wings and claws, and three tentacle-like appendages ending in stingers that can function as both tails and extra arms. Mostly blue and black with touches of silver.

 

*Stone Skin - Increases Kaiju durability and grants them extra protection from physical attacks.

I love you guys. You just gave me an excuse to draw giant robots. For those of you who aren't Pacific Rim nerds, K-Tengu here is based off of an official Jaeger, Tacit Ronin. For those of you non-Japan nerds, a Tengu is a Japanese demon-raven-goblin-thing. Yeah.

Bio: After watching his village and lifelong friends burn, he dedicated his life to ending the Kaiju's reign of death.

Appearance: A tall Matoran with self-made armour made from Toa and Rahi corpses. Mainly black armor with a pearl-gray Great Pakari.

Not sure about how it is here, but, in Pacific Rim, the Kaiju are heavily implied to have a sort of 'hive-mind' - Otachi and Leatherback are shown to flawlessly work together without much open communication, implying a telepathic link between the two or at least a very powerful genetic programming from the Precursors. Again, not sure what the case is here, just an interesting tidbit of information.

So does each character have to come with their own Jaeger? If not here is my character for right now. Surprisingly it is not Doseki, but don't miss him too much as he may come later... This is a draft as I am not sure on powers/gear. Would he have typical Matoran level powers or maybe something more that may also not even relate to his element.

Personality: Kokumori is a Ko-Matoran by appearance and personality cold and without feeling. His mind is as black as his armor and calculating every step he takes and those of his opponents several moves ahead and in several variables constantly. Sometimes these calculations are mumbled aloud and others can barely hear them.
Bio: Your character’s life story.
Appearance: Kokumori is a black armored Ko-Matoran unusual to be sure as most are dressed in white and dull blue colors. He stands at the typical height of a rebuilt Matoran form and adorns his head with a white Mask of speed that is equipped with specialized lenses that connect to a computer system. Kokumori possesses several blades that cross his back and hang from his belt.
