As LEGO has announced, there will be an attempt to build the world's largest LEGO tower taking place over those five days. The current record, set in Budapest last year, is 34.76 meters. As an added bonus, the LEGO Group will donate 7 Euros for every centimeter built of the tower, which is helping to raise awareness of the protection and development of Urban Oasis, a collaboration with the World Wildlife Fund. There will be other activities in the area too to help keep people entertained. It's sure to be quite the spectacle! But I do wish good luck to all those involved in this and I look forwards to seeing pictures of the tower if/when they complete it.
