marshmellowt
Hello everyone I'm Marshie and I do things Has anyone here ever heard of Magic Set Editor? It's a program that lets you make custom Magic: The Gathering cards. It doesn't just stop there, though. If you have the right templates, it'll let you make custom cards for just about any card game out there. So, naturally, I said to myself, I will make a template of the old Bionicle TCG. About halfway through all of that I suddenly remembered that the card game--both of them, in fact--was kind of terrible. So, that brings us to my possibly caffeine-fueled decision to toss out the whole thing and design an entire new card game, which is exactly what any person of sound mind would do. Behold, the extent of my photoshopping ability Naturally, there's a whole mess of confusing rules involved, but the basic gist of it is to collect a grand total of six great masks on your side of the battlefield to win the game. I have played exactly one game with a friend so far and I can confirm that the whole thing is a complete mess... but also lots of fun. Watch this space for rules + the completed MSE template..., eventually.
evil_jaga_genius
How did I not see this. I had an idea for a Bionicle TCG, but it was more on the lines of Pokemon than M:TG. Then again I've only played one game of Magic (with a friend's cards) but I was seriously confused. Pokemon seems more straightforward to me. (Rabid personal bias alert) That said, could you explain the rules a little?
