Blogs are not deleted once your premier membership ends; however, once you are no longer premier, you will be unable to continue posting entries on the blog. Should you become a premier member again at a later date, your blog will be exactly how you left it, and you'll be able to start doing as you please with it once again! This is correct. Also, as per tradition, everyone should be getting Premier perks during BZP's anniversary next week, so you'll be able to test out a blog then and see if it's worth the purchase to you. Going off of what Lucina said, though, you won't be able to use the blog after the week is over and the Premier perks expire. It's a trial, if you will. Anyway, hopefully that answers things for you.
