Also note that you can include a specific color for masks that were released in multiple colors. There are a lot of masks I really like, but right now I just really love the look of the Noble Ruru. And I actually got my first one from one of the first two sets I bought when I got into Bionicle. (Tahu and Lewa 01). It's just such a brilliantly striking and simple design.2. The Mask of Creation: B'yootiful. It looks so elegant, regal, and has just enough complexity without looking too cluttered. In person, the detail on the glyphs and etchings is incredible.3. '03 Kraahkan: Mostly ignoring the open mouthed mask on top. The Mistika Hau, Kaukau, and Pakari have beautiful designs to them, probably the best ones that Bionicle has ever produced. Those tie for second, right after the Mata Kaukau.It's a shame that with the AA Pakari the eyes are barely visible when looking at it front-on. The new skull masks and the mask of creation are easily favorites now as well. The rode was my favorite for a while. Over all, it might be the ignika, but the MoCr really is a strong contender too. Skull grinders mask is awesome as well probably the most 'human' looking mask I've ever seen from bionicle. As for just gen 1, either the hau, the mask of light, or makutas mask.
