Hapori Tohu
With a new month comes a new elemental theme on the LEGO Bionicle Facebook page! September turns out to be the Month of Stone. If August's Month of Fire was any indication, we can probably expect to see plenty of stone-themed MOCs and artwork by LEGO designers shared to the page over the course of the month. The page has already gotten things rolling with an incredibly detailed new painting by Matt Betteker focusing on Pohatu, Master of Stone! Follow the link above to check it out! doodleloot
Another fantastic piece of art! I absolutely adore Matt Betteker's style, it adds a lot personality to his drawings. It's also nice to see more creatures being introduced into the world of Okoto. 1 Quote Hail Denmark
Rahkshi Lalonde
First i saw gali, then onua, then kopaka this is perfect. (i also like the way the stone villages are depicted as just a bunch of artfully stacked yet massive stones with the houses set onto the shelf of each one, plus, the little less-than-skull scorpions with glowing claws, how long 'til someone builds one of those? :u)

masterchirox580
Wow I really like the new art style. It really makes them look robotic. Quote It's time to move on.
Toa Smoke Monster
Its great that Gen 2 Bionicle's version of Batman is getting a whole month to himself. Joking aside, I like this artwork a lot. Pohatu looks really cool, and the small details all in it are neat too. (Like the houses in the background and scorpions here and there.) 1 Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story. Rooster Nui
I'm loving these pieces of artwork. Even without an official download link, just by viewing the images at their biggest allows for a crispy clear piece of art, great for cover photos. Also, don't you just love how Kopaka is usually doing nothing but "chilling?"

fishers64
Am I the only one who saw this as Pohatu as manipulating computer controls to change the position of the rocks? 1 Quote Hero Factory RPG | Bionicle Mafia XXIX: Storyline & Theories
Lenny7092
Man,I love this artwork! It looks awesome! Pohatu looks so live-action-Transformers-like or Transformers-Prime-like. It looks like Pohatu is tapping on some kind lighting-up machinery that makes the rocks move. Another trait that makes him Batman! Anyway, it's interesting that there are tiny scorpions (Pohatu's archenemies. LOL. ) in the Region of Stone. It seems that Okoto expands with animals or Rahi. Nidhiki of the Shadows
Well, I guess not much happened this past Month of Stone. But the system landscape for Pohatu looked FANTASTIC and this art is pretty great too. Always humorous with the Toa. I especially like whats going on with Tahu and Onua. Also emphasis on scorpions is pretty Pohatu-esque lol -NotS
