LEGOLAND California Resort has posted a

for NINJAGO: The Ride, coming to the park in Spring 2016 as part of their new LEGO Ninjago area. The video itself doesn't show any obvious indication of what form the ride will take, but the description promises that it will feature "technology guests have never experienced at any other theme park in the world!" And it's also hard not to wonder if that new Sensei Wu minifigure with the Sacred Flute from season one printed on his back might ever show up in a future set. Follow the link above or read on to watch the video!

This sounds really interesting. I wonder what technology will be used on the ride that hasn't been used at other theme parks. Maybe it will be like a super 4D ride or something of that sort.

According to this site, which discusses the Ninjago attraction in Billund which presumably features the same ride, "Your ninja battle flies through the air, all while traveling through an overwhelming LEGO® Ninjago 4D universe that challenges all senses. A brand new technology makes it possible to fix your movements on the ninja forces. So you can look forward to being sucked deep into the LEGO® Ninjago universe." I'm really not sure what "fix your movements on the ninja forces" is supposed to mean, though.

Just found this article, which doesn't have too much info but DOES provide a little flythrough video showing off the land and queueline for the new ride:

I'm assuming that the "fix your movements on the ninja forces" thing means some kind of audience interaction, such as waving hands at the screen to make things happen? I dunno, it doesn't seem very clear at the moment.
