Twitch Tuesday Tonight

After an unfortunate attempt to stream LEGO Dimensions last week (I'm still waiting for a replacement Gandalf Toy Tag) it's time to return to our regularly-scheduled Twitch Tuesday, on a Tuesday. If you'd like to help us pick what game we're going to play, head over to the poll in General Discussion and cast your vote. Then, tonight at around 7:30 PM Eastern, head over to our Twitch channel to watch us play. I'm looking forward to actually playing a game this week and chatting with everyone on the stream!

UPDATE: My replacement Gandalf Toy Tag came today, so we'll be taking a look at LEGO Dimensions tonight! See you in about an hour!

Nice to finally see some action in Lego Dimensions.   Since I lack a proper gaming system to get this game, watching this livestream is the closest I'm likely to ever get to playing it. The first level was the Wizard of Oz world, fighting against the Wicked Witch. The second level (only partially finished this week) was the Simpsons world, with Springfield being attacked by Micro Managers. I'm definitely looking forward to what other worlds we'll be seeing in the upcoming levels.

 

(By the way, a neat little detail I noticed is that the characters in the icons in the upper corners of the screen actually move around slightly, so that's some interesting advanced graphics right there.)
