bionicleFanatic
I was originally going to post this as an entry for the #BionicleMaskMaker competition, but then I found out they had to be human-sized [] Ah, well, waste not want not: Front http://i.imgur.com/aVjROMk.jpg Side http://i.imgur.com/oX7uenI.jpg Other side [] http://i.imgur.com/b9U3vDx.jpg More front [] http://i.imgur.com/2FN406l.jpg Now to work on something a little harder... Rooster Nui
That's pretty good for a small scale mask. Kopaka's stickers definitely have given some detail to the overall look. In fact, the overall ice aesthetic is pretty neat. Well done, and good luck on the contest.
Onuki
Cool! It looks simple, but I'm sure it wasn't that simple to put together. I like how those big pieces all come together at different angles to combine into the front of the mask. And those transparent blue sword things are useful pieces, aren't they? Good job recreating that mask and thanks for posting! 1 Quote The Latest and Fakest in Bionicle News Wanted: Chronicler | Wedding Announced | Bohrok-Kal Miffed | Staring Contest Continues Hakuna Vakama | Rau Convention Held | Globe Circumnavigated | Carver Offers Advice | Parade Possible Onepu Characterized | Koli Ball Shortage | Le-Koro Discovered | Toa Don Disguises | Top Toa Tied | Ko-Koro Welcomes Tahnok Hakuna Vakama Animation | Macku Goes Missing | In the Ice | The 1000 Word 2001 Poem | Kopaka the Toa | Honest Bionicle Trailers! bionicleFanatic
Thanks for the comments [] The aim was to keep is a simple, smooth look, as that kind of effect is hard to pull off on a large-scale build (they mostly end up looking like transformers with all the extra greeble []) I know my new human-scale version definitely looks like a megstron/Axonn hybrid []
Leoxandar Arktanus
Very cool. I enjoy how you kept a clean aesthetic throughout. Mate.397
It's fairly nice, reminded me of a Gundam head at first, also I find it dumb it's a must for the masks to be human sized.
