BlackboltJohnson
The name is Maori, and literally translated it means "steel ember". Picked those words because this guy is literally half fire, half steel. I don't have any more about his backstory or powers at the moment though. But he looks pretty cool, right? http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/1446322946m_DISPLAY.jpg http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229481_DISPLAY.jpg http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229492_DISPLAY.jpg http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229503_DISPLAY.jpg http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229525_DISPLAY.jpghttp://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229536_DISPLAY.jpg http://images.mocpages.com/user_images/122893/14463229514_DISPLAY.jpg Edit: Images linked; please keep posted images to 640x640 pixels in BBC.-Wind- Edited October 31, 2015 by -Windrider-
Click
I love how you didn't just make it so one half was silver and the other half orange, but the aesthetic is totally different on each side. The mechanical is covered with tubes and industrial-style armor while the fire side is all jagged and... well, fiery. And yet, the sides don't look completely different from each other. They have aspects mirrored on each side, like the chest armor. Brilliant execution. As for critique... well, it's hard to pick out anything in particular, but I think one thing that might make it better is to standardize the armor on the steel side a bit more. You have the round, smooth Nuva shoulder pad and organic Skull Spider right next to the industrial and intricate 2015 armor and HF foot. Something to consider. Comptsy
You did well at having the two sides flow into each other, by using black as neutral color on both sides, and taking up most of the torso. The steel side looks entirely mechanical, but transfers into the sparser, more natural fire side, and even though both sides look like they used the same basic build, the armour is entirly different.
