bionicleFanatic
This is my entry for the #bioniclemaskmaker competition. It's fully wearable, with adjustable strap lengths. It also has a "mouth open" mode, which I stupidly forgot to take a pic of, like the Ignika in TLR. It's moderately heavy, but bearable enough to wear for an hour or so at a time. Naota Takizawa
The contest is over, dude. Considering that the majority of the mask is made from over detailed bionicle pieces from G1, it looks fine, but the exposed balljoints on the sides and back really put me off, don't you have enough silver CCBS shells? Also, was the lens flare really necessary? It adds nothing to the photo and adds a visual eyesore. Quote If you like Pingu & want to support a good project, click here. Irrie
This is pretty interesting. Did you intend for it to be shaped like the Hau Nuva? 1 Quote bZpOwEr
bionicleFanatic
The contest is over, dude. ...Duh? [] Of course I know that [:S] [] Considering that the majority of the mask is made from over detailed bionicle pieces from G1, it looks fine, but the exposed balljoints on the sides and back really put me off, don't you have enough silver CCBS shells? Also, was the lens flare really necessary? It adds nothing to the photo and adds a visual eyesore. The balljoints are just to hold the mask to your face. I would have used string or elastic, if I'd had had any. They're not part of the mask in itself, so they shouldn't be encumbered by shells. Also, the lens flare is a real reflection of the sun, not a photoshop addition. I didn't intent for it to be in the pic at all. This is pretty interesting. Did you intend for it to be shaped like the Hau Nuva? Actually, I originally intended it to be like a Rode, but it evolved in the build process after I added the side slopes, reminiscent of the original Hau's cheek-slits []
Arzaki
This is pretty interesting. Did you intend for it to be shaped like the Hau Nuva? Looks more like a Kaukau Nuva to me. 1 Quote I got Monster Hunter World on PS4, add me at bmrjw2 if you want Also I play FFXIV, my main is Anastasia Willow on Exodus but I've got characters on every NA datacenter. Irrie
This is pretty interesting. Did you intend for it to be shaped like the Hau Nuva? Looks more like a Kaukau Nuva to me. We seem to have found the Kanohi Rorschach. 2 Quote bZpOwEr

Alto Magna
Very impressive, and stylish. You've captured the feel of a G1 Konohi, though as with the others I couldn't pinpoint exactly which one I feel is best represented. Is this your first mask-build or have you made others? 2 Quote [flash=250,100]http://www.menol.org/signature.swf?id=zaoTm.swf
bionicleFanatic
Very impressive, and stylish. You've captured the feel of a G1 Konohi, though as with the others I couldn't pinpoint exactly which one I feel is best represented. Is this your first mask-build or have you made others? This is my first attempt at a life-sized version of a mask (My previous foray is here: http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/20454-iconox-helmet/). It's my third biggest Bionicle MOC, the first being the whopping Chronicull, who I built for the constuct-a-villain contest, and the second a combiner model of Lewa, Kopaka, and Pohatu (I unfortunately didn't take any pics of it). Working on some midi-versions of the 2015 Toa now []
Onuki
Great work, bioFanatic! It must have taken a lot of work just to put this together. I think you did a nice job of choosing silver pieces to use in it. It's cool to see pieces that I'm familiar with used in new ways as part of a large mask! Great job and thanks for posting! bionicleFanatic
I think any kind of image hosting service works [] If you want to post a pic without using a hosting gallery, though... [] Well, that's like trying to make an omelet without eggs []
