Ninjago is Coming to LEGOLAND!

Recommended Posts

A new section of LEGOLAND California will be opening in 2016 - Ninjaland! Based on the popular Ninjago theme, Ninjaland will bring a bunch of new things to the park: a ride, building stations, a game to test reflexes, spinners to test balance, Asian cuisine, and a new shopping venue. The ride sounds like it will be quite advanced, allowing the riders to affect the outcome and featuring 3D imagery and wind, smoke, and fire effects. You can learn more about the new area on the LEGOLAND website and LEGOLAND California blog. It sounds like it will be a blast - are you going to start planning your trip?

I already reported on this a couple times in July and September. I suppose the blog post is new (tying in with the press conference that was held yesterday), but it doesn't tell us a whole lot that wasn't already in the San Diego Union-Tribune article I linked to from the story in September.

Still, I'm pretty hyped for this! Now if only they would bring the "LEGO Ninjago: The Realm of Shadows" live show from LEGOLAND Malaysia over to one of the American parks... THAT would be a thrill to see!
