Ketar and Akida's are their tails. Melum and Terak's are their hands becoming SHOULDERPADS! Which type is your favorite? Ack, I can't figure out making polls. Aanchir Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 I think the ones with wings are best because not only are they exciting functions, but both of them really enhance the Toa in a really exciting way. However, I'm glad there's as much diversity as there is (an insect, a fish, a bird, a scorpion, etc). I just wish Terak, Ketar, and Melum did more to add new functionality to their respective Toa, instead of just serving as extra armor or blades that stick out in all directions. Tahu and Ikir just feel incomplete without the other and I feel they look a little awkward together, especially from the side or back. It just makes Tahu feel hollow. And don't get me started about where Ikir's feet go when they merge.Onua looks great on his own, but even better with Terak. Not to mention Terak is supposed to be an extra set of digger claws for Onua. Uxar and Melum seem to replace what Kopaka and Lewa lost. Lewa lost his shoulder spikes, which Uxar replaces and Kopaka his shoulder pads.Although I like Uxar on his own the best so far. I like him better alone than merged. I had everything figured out, but I kept procrastinating. Now Uniter of Fire gets them anyway. I do like the shoulderpads and tails, but to a slightly lesser extent. ZOOOOM! Logan McOwen Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Having both Ikir and Uxar, I must say that they're the most interesting, because they actually add something super practical when paired up with a Toa - flapping wings! That said, Akida (my second least favourite) provides an equally brilliant addition, in the form of shoulder-mounted stud shooters.Now, while Melum and Terak's big paws make great shoulderpads, they don't really do much other than sit there. Kid Icarus Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I have to say that building Akida was a dream come true. The stand it comes with is awesome as well. I was wondering how I'd pose it. True the function for Akida is a tad lack-luster, but I think the function for Ikir is just as bad. The way that the wings only stick out to the side at the farthest bugs me.
