The city of Phoenix is built atop the ruins of the hohokham civilization, the canals especially. It was only later that some of the foundations were preserved for archaeological reasons.

Pre-Colombian civilizations are coo'. Where is it again that they have the giant "mounds" that are actually temples?

Also I'm pretty sure that means Phoenix is cursed, according to many horror stories.

Most famous would be the Mississippi culture, whose cultural reach extended to Ohio and Illinois. I was in the latter state recently and eagerly wanted see some mound ruins, but no one else wanted to. :(

Halo 3 is technically Halo 2: Part 2Halo 2 was planned to be a significantly longer game, a game that was basically Halo 2 and 3 put together. Master Chief would have still teamed up with the Arbiter and they were to finish the fight on Earth because that's where the Ark was originally supposed to be. Remember the portal in the ground that opens up on Earth? That was supposed to be the Ark and I believe the final battle would have taken place there. A guy who was involved in the story said there's an archive of Halo stuff, and if he were to look in the right places, he would actually find the resources necessary to put the original ending together, original script and all.

During the concept stage of Halo: Reach, the NOBLE Team was planned to have eight members instead of six. However, you're more than welcome to do a co-op campaign with three friends, kicking the team up to nine members. However, the last three players don't show up in cutscenes.

Speaking of cutscenes in Halo: Reach, during a certain part of a certain cutscene in Halo: Reach, you can actually move the camera to the right to find Master Chief in cryo. Considering Reach ends right before Combat Evolved, the first game, this makes sense.

In Halo 2, the infamous Gravemind is introduced and poses a major problem for our heroes, and that's not just because he never shuts up. In Halo 3, you would have gotten into a Scarab Tank to fight him head on, but instead, you travel into his innards in the level infamously known as Cortana. Since you're trashing his insides, it's like a boss battle, according to Bungie.

Halo 3 is one of the most hyped video games of all time.

The 1980's film Ferris Bueller's Day Off got a spin-off show in the 90's, going by the simple name Ferris Bueller. None of the actors or crew from the film returned for the show, which took multiple liberties when it came to facts from the movie, and the show only referenced the movie one time in the pilot, possibly establishing it as an alternate universe or the film as a film that was watched in the show's canon. The show was a terrible idea for multiple reasons and the film's director told the creators of the show to not give him any credit when advertising it. Ferris Bueller ran for thirteen episodes and died.

Another little-known spin-off show is Stitch!, an anime about the lovable blue alien from Disney's Lilo & Stitch franchise. In the anime, Lilo grows up and basically stops being Stitch's best friend, so he runs away to Japan to live with new people.

The Magic Tree House series was adapted into an anime movie back in 2011, and said adaptation's art was directed by Toshiharu Mizutani, the same art director for the 1988 film Akira.
