You probably need to check the packaging again if you still have it. Otherwise, I hate to tell you this buddy but you just lost a really cool piece :/ The Fright Knight and the Schweinsteiger are the other two I have, and one of them is really cool (gonna let you guess which one though ). I'm very partial to classic space, so it doesn't take much for me to seek out anything LEGO puts that famous emblem on. I think the Flying Warrior looks better than the Hawkman minifigure put out earlier this year. Luckily I still had the packages around, but there was nothing inside them. I'll scour my build area for a lost piece, but this also wouldn't be the first time a part has been neglected to be put into a CMF. :/I should have double checked the inserts, though I'm fairly confident in my knowledge of CMFs. Plus, wouldn't the minifig list contain a pic of him holding the spear anyway? The most they can do is send you a replacement minifigure (which they'd probably be perfectly willing to do), but even then they can't guarantee that it'll be the same figure.
