Round 7 is Over

 

Shadow FF left his forge holding his own powerful mask of Air. It truly was a finw piece of craftsmanship.

So much so Makuta and Ekimu decided to give him a orb of ture sunshine.

Shadow FF was honored and took the gift. He then journeyed to the fire region for the hottest flame to create another great mask.

He found a flame worthy.

Naota Takizawa heard of a powerful being who lived in the central mountains of Okoto.

He hiked up the steep slopes and found the being's home.

He saw him meditating on the ground, and softly said, "are you ToaTimeLord?"

He opened one eye and said, "That depends."

"On what?"

"Are you Naota Takizawa?"

Naota Takizawa was startled how did he know his name and before he could ask how he knew, ToaTimeLord started speaking again.

"I'm the supreme controler of time, I see all things in all realitys. Now before you ask me you can have some of my time ores.

Also use this Ice for one of your mask it might help you in the future."

Toa Imrukii went to the ice machine in his refrigerator and melted some of the ice.

Toa Smoke Monster heard of Naota Takizawa sercret spring in the water region and after hours of searching he found it. He collected gallons of the water then he notice some of the rocks in it were from the stone region. So he collected a few of those as well.

I believe I have enough ore to make an Ice Mask and Water Mask, though I'm not sure I can make both in one round. If I can make both in this round, I'll do that. If not, I'll just make the Mask if Ice.

 

I'll also begin looking for a Stone Ore and an Earth Ore.

Round 8 is over

 

 

Toa Smoke Monster Stayed in his forge for days. The other Mask Makers became concerned and worried for they thought Smoke Monster was about to create the Mask of Kindness!

The doors to his forge were flung open as Toa Smoke Monste. Held in each hand a elemental mask.

The others gazed at his creations in awe.

He quickly went Naota Takizawa's secret spring and collected more stones.

As he walked back to the city he tripped over a large rock. He looked at it and thought, " that might make a nice earth mask."

After seeing Toa Smoke Monster had only created two elemental mask, gave fishers64 a since of relief. For she had time to create her own Mask of Kindness. She knew she needed lollipops and there was only one person she knew that would have them,

She went to his house and saw him floating in a lawn chain trying to sell pies and cupcakes.

Fisher walked up to the cardboard table and asked, "hey do you have any lollipops?"

The crazytoran fell out of his lawn chair and said, "yes I do fishy."

Fisher held back on the remark for she needed the candy.

"What do you want for it," she replyed back trying to hold her composer?

"Two hugs and a huge."

"So.... three hugs"

Fisher picked up the little bundle of crazy and gave him three hugs.

The crazytoran kept his word and gave her three lollipops and a carton of icecream.

In the meantime Toa Imrukii was secretly following Toa Smoke Monster and discovered the spring. He collected almost all the stones in it and ran off. As he was running he tripped and fell over a tree stump.

He got up and tried to collect most of his stones, but most of them rolled down the hill. He then notice he had entered the Earth region, so he picked up a nice crystal that so happendly was lying in his path.

Naota Takizawa desided to return to ToaTimeLord for help finding life ore.

When he got there ToaTimeLord tost a book at his head and said, "I'm not your solution to everything; but, here's a place to get some lollipops. He picked up the book he just tossed at Naota Takizawa and opened up to a map of Okoto. "See here; there is a mentally unstable Matoran who is the best baker on this planet he will have the candy your looking for."

Naota then asked, "what about finding life ore?"

"I'm surprised Ekimu and Makuta are letting you rookies play around with the more powerful elements, but to answer your question a mere seed of a tree is all you need. For it is a great life in the palm of your hand."

He then journeyed to the crazytoran's home. He saw fisher leaving with a handful of lollipops. He ran up to the crazytoran and asked, "do you have anymore lollipops?"

"I got one left. It's yours for a hug."

Okay Round 9 is over

The time has come the last round for the First ever Mask Maker competition.

 

Knowing this was his last chance to get materials Shadow FF. decided to go after the best elements he could get. So he journeyed to the fire region to gather enoght fire to create a fire mask and hopefully a mask of creation. After collecting the needed flames he looked for a rainbow for his future Mask of Kindness. After hours of looking he found a flower with petals in all the colors he could imagine.

Toa Smoke Monster Seeing time was running out he ran back into his forges and created yet another great mask of power. This one holding the strength of stone.

He then went to the fire region and collected the golden magma from Okoto's greatest volcano.

In such a rush he picked up some of the black rocks a round the volcano for an Earth Mask.

Naota Takizawa needed help if he were to win. He was ready to return to ToaTimeLord's temple when out of the blue he appeared in front of him.

ToaTimeLord cleared his throat then said, "you do know in the next completion you can't keep coming to me for help."

"This is the finale day to collect materials. Can you at least tell me were to find some sunshine or rainbows."

ToaTimeLord gave him a funny look then said, "what kind of masks are they having you make? This seems wrong what's going on here?"

Naota Takizawa looked at ToaTimeLord then asked, "what are you talking about?"

"Oh I'll tell you all later. Right, to help you find and capture light you most think green. The simple leaf holds both light and rainbow. The leaf captures the sunshine so it holds sunshine. The leaf hold colors all colors but can only be seen during parts of the year."

Toa Imrukii over heard what ToatimeLord told Naota Takizawa and found the biggest leaf he could find.

Since we can only forge Masks this round, I'm going to forge a Mask of Earth. 

 

I'm now really regretting not getting more Time Ore when I could.

The Final round is over

 

The competers all meet at Ekimu and Makuta's great forge.

They layed out there mask infront of them selves and waited for the Master Makers to judge there creations.

 

The Brothers stepped out their forge toghter as they waved to the coward of villagers waiting to hear who had one.

Makuta stepped forward and asked the competers, "dose any of you have in your position the Mask of Kindness?"

No one stepped forward.

Makuta stepped forward and spook loud enough for the villagers below to hear.

"Very well, we will now examine the mask these craftsmen have forged."

 

The two first went to Naota Takizawa and looked at his one mask of water.

Ekimu looked at his charts to see what materials Naota Takizawa collected then asked, "why didn't you create a mask of creation?"

Naota Takizawa looked at through his bag counting all he had.

For indeed he did have all the materials needed to create a mask of Creation.

 

They then moved over to Shadow FF who had three Mask infront of him.

A Mask of Air, a Mask of Ice, and lastly a Mask of Earth.

The two Brother's really loved his creations.

 

They then went to Toa Smoke Monster who had created a mask for each of the six elements.

Makuta examined them and said, "these mask are fit for a true toa. I declare you the winner of the Mask Maker Competition."

 

Ekimu tapped Makuta's shoulder then said, "now hold on there brother no one created the Mask of kindness there for no one wins."

 

Makuta went into the forge then returned with a Master Mask Maker's hammer. He looked at Ekimu and said, "I'll bend the rules a bit."

He then raised the hammer high enoght for the villagers to see. A huge cheer filled the air as Makuta said, "I declare Toa Smoke Monster the first ever winner of the Mask Maker Competition!"

 

"No no no, this not how it was suppose to happend. They needed to create a Mask of Kindness. Not just bring some simple elemental masks."

 

"Brother you needed to calm down this is a festive occasion, you need to stop acting like a jerk."

 

"You like that wouldn't you so you can have the villagers attention to yourself. You know it as much as I do Makuta, the people love you more than me."

 

Makuta put his hand on his brothers shoulder and said, "that doesn't matter."

 

"Well it does to me."

Ekimu pushed his brother's hand off him and went back to his forge.

 

Makuta looked at the craftsmen around him and said, "I'm sorry you had to see that. I started this competition in hopes of getting a mask that bring joy back to my brother's life. I feel I will need you all again soon."
