Also, those #3 angle axle extenders come in silver as well. They're currently the only light-grey piece I can see on this creation, aside from the bushes. I also really like the chromatic plus transblue colour scheme.The metru heads and the fins are all attached to a ring of #3 connectors, so there's no tubing. In retrospect, you're right, I should have switched out the light grey #3 connectors on the legs for silver ones. There's actually a lot more light grey besides the bushings, but it's hard to make out. Thanks for the reply! I think it's missing some of the iconic white, perhaps paneling of the first game, but that would be my only criticism of it. The way you capture the Aperture logo in a subtle way, integrating it into the portal frame is pure brilliance and I absolutely love it! I'd love to see a little white paneled walkway up into the portal with a Chell figure walking on in. Such a cool model! Good luck in the contest!The portal logo actually came about by accident - I only realised after I'd finished it that it looks just like the Aperture logo. That said, I love Portal 1 and 2, so maybe it was a subconcious influence! In retrospect, I should have gone further with the Portal theme and added more white. I could have used orange or azure fins to get closer to the logo too. This is neat! Does it actually open/expand?It doesn't open or close at all, but that's an awesome idea for a future version!
