It has the plastic injection swirls that appear on other pieces of this color. Could be third-party, or a super-rare. I have a prototype one in Metallic Dark Gray (the gunmetal color used for Makuta's armor), and in the right lighting I think it could potentially look like this. Even if it's not the exact same color, it's still possible that it's yet another prototype.
