To provide more incentives for people to pay for Premier Membership. I went ahead and entered the Little Raffles for Ikir and Terak (since those are the only two 2016 Bionicle sets I haven't picked up yet), along with the Premier Raffles for Onua and Umarak (since both sets have great parts even if I have them already, and I might as well take advantage of my Premier Membership whenever the opportunity comes along).Good luck to all the participants! We would love to give everything away for free, but BZPower costs money to run. We make money from ads, Premier Memberships, and donations for raffles like the Transparent Mask of Fire and the Transparent Fluorescent Green Skull Scorpio mask.
