How The Journey to One Season 2 Poster Was Made

Recommended Posts

Visual artist Mathieu Grenier, a visual artist with the visual development studio Volta, has created an post on his Behance.net portfolio showcasing the making of the latest LEGO Bionicle: The Journey to One poster (much like his post about the series' previous poster). It's a really neat exploration of how the foreground, middle ground, and background layers of the composition were lit separately to maximize the dramatic effect of the glowing poster in the distance. Follow the link above to see the process broken down!

I love these "making-of" articles! Mathieu Grenier is very talented. The poster looks amazing (great to get such a high quality version too) and the amount of work that went into it clearly shows. Plus, the nitty-gritty details are very interesting for me to digest as a new media student. Really cool stuff  and I cannot wait for Journey to One season 2!
