GSR Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 If I had to guess, I'd say most of the premier perks we're enjoying at the moment are easier to have on for everyone rather than off until the premier system can be put back together, and that the name-change limit is an exception for some reason. Possibly some of these premier benefits matched the standard configuration of the board after the upgrade. Hey: I'm not very active around BZP right now. Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 I'm guessing it's because if the Premier Perks were to end before the 45 days after you changed your name were up, than it would be to much hassle to adjust lack of premier perks but still accommodate the 45 days. The member would just keep the name and they add the extra 45 days to the wait.Not a hassle, I mean it's happened to me before. The switch is easy, it's done with quite "stealth".
