Disciple
In about a week, I will be starting an online Photoshop class that will help me get mad image editing skillz. But until then, there's this thing I made. Feedback welcome, especially if anyone knows a proper way to do white/black recolors using GIMP. The Kopaka/Onua recolors could use some work... Rakrondewl
This is a very cool idea. Did you try colorize for the white and black recolors? That may be an option. There are some transparency issues with Kopaka's mask that cause some parts of the mask not to be edited, making it appear brighter than it should. After fixing those issues, using hue saturation, placing the the brightness at zero and maxing out the contrast seems to get you pretty close. This render of Onua's mask has low amounts of reflection which makes getting the desired color near impossible to obtain.
