My understanding was that Thanksgiving only lasted a single day, not an entire week. It's already been three days since you Americans celebrated it.

The week of thanksgiving is typically a hectic time, as you typically have multiple relatives fly in, take up space in your home or nearby hotel, then you have to entertain them for that timeframe. It may only be a one day holiday, but it can feel like it lasts an eternity, though I wouldn't know as I've never celebrated a "Big Thanksgiving" at most it's been 4 people.

 

And I honestly had forgotten Tex was from Canada, but well... still patience.

Also I've been practicing Christmas music since October so I getting sick of hearing it.

 

For nonmusicans I start humming my parts in those songs or conduct transition in them since I need to work on my conducting transitions.

Voltex shrugged. “I would have thought that was obvious.”

 

He lowered Pahrak and Xccj into the acid, and turned to leave the room.

 

“What about me?” Ghidora asked.

 

Voltex spared him a single glance, raising his eyebrow. “What about you?”

 

“Aren’t I dying?”

 

Another shrug. “You’re trapped in this room until you decide to end it all and step into the vat, so honestly, I can’t even muster the energy to care about what you decide or how long it takes. There’s just no point.”

 

He paused, as though contemplating what he had just said, before continuing: "really, there's not much of a point in any of this, really."
