The winning entry is legostrator2's Bank Owner's Private Chamber, for which he will be awarded the grand prize: sets 10218 Pet Shop, 10232 Palace Cinema, 10243 Parisian Restaurant, 10246 Detective's Office, 10251 Brick Bank, and the all-new 10255 Assembly Square.
