So I'm going to start off by saying that ants give me the creeps. I have a deep loathing for them (bad fire ant experience as a kid) :no:

That being said, you have captured the look and feel of the ant perfectly, I literally felt a chill up my back looking at the model. So I say to you, well done!

Sorry for "chill up", I am glad you like actual model.

You could have told me this was a real image of a any I would have believed you.

It's so realistic.

loving how you conveyed the segmented look without simply repeating twenty of the same piece

 

not that that's inherently bad, i just appreciate the variety of parts use within the texturing
