The following was shared with BZPower through the LEGO Ambassador Network.

Do you play Minecraft and do you have a story to share from the game? Now is your opportunity to have your story recreated in LEGO stop-motion!

Together with the LEGO Minecraft team we're looking for the very best Minecraft story in the LEGO fan community. YOU will tell YOUR story from the game in a maximum 2 minute long video created by you and the best story will be animated in LEGO stop-motion by the LEGO Minecraft team and shared on the LEGO Minecraft social media channels.

The LEGO Minecraft team will select the best stories and reward the 10 best stories submitted here on LAN with the newest LEGO Minecraft set launching August 1st signed by the designer.

What are we looking for?

Send us a video of yourself telling your best/most funny/weird/scary/wacky moment/story from the Minecraft game. Your video can be maximum 2 minutes long and we ask that you tell your story in English (doesn't have to be fluent or perfect in any way). Please record your video in landscape mode – using your smart phone is fine as long as we're able to hear your story.

Please submit your video via email to Mette.Hansen@LEGO.com no later than May 12th 2017.

You may use services such as DropBox, Google Drive or WeTransfer as needed.

Who can participate?

This activity is open to all RLUG members all over the world who are over the age of 13 and who would like their Minecraft moment/story recreated in LEGO stop-motion for the LEGO Minecraft social media channels. If you are selected as the winner and you are between the age of 13 and 18 we will ask that your parents sign a document approving your video to be shared.

Your story will be one of 6 stories told by other Minecraft fans like Captain Sparklez for Minecraft Moments. Here is an example of his story:

What's the timeline?

The activity is open for your video submission from now until end of day CET May 12th 2017

The LEGO Minecraft team will look through the submissions from the submission deadline and until May 19th

Winners will be contacted on May 19th

Winners will be announced here on LAN on May 26th

The 10 signed LEGO Minecraft sets will be shipped to the winners during July

The winning video will be posted on the LEGO Minecraft social media channels in July (date TBD)

We are super excited about his opportunity from the LEGO Minecraft team and we can't wait to hear your Minecraft moments!
