Took apart a bad MOC, put together a good MOC.
Inspired by Corvin's Commodore Ayiwah MOC and character design. I love that nautical officer motif a lot.

Yup this is pretty excellent, I wasn't sure on the tire around the neck with the first picture, but the other photo's show that it works very well. That said for all his excellent intricacies, his arms have to be bent for them to look right, so I'm surprised you went for that lower arm design.

A delightful MOC indeed; if only there was a good way to give him a hat. The transparent mask doesn't quite fit in my opinion, but to be honest I can't think of an option that would have looked better.
Voicing your opinions with tact is the best way to keep a discussion from becoming an argument.
So far as I'm aware, it's pronounced like this: We're ee ah moo.
