The Toa combine the two halves of the Mask of Time, and it engulfs them in visions of the past. They remember who they are, and are prepared for new adventures wherever the universe needs them. Making this was such a great experience; I've wanted to make something like this since the first cancellation in 2010, so I'm just really happy I had the opportunity. I managed to finish the final sketch entirely from memory and honestly I don't know if I should be proud or if that's sad Click here for the full image! Zoom in and explore the G1 Timestream! I like the inclusion of non-set characters as well (<3 Karzahni) and the use of different styles to reflect the years gone by (I notice three iterations of the MoLi, five/six if you include the Toa who wore it for a time as well). Without a doubt, this is breathtaking, like something out of the art book with the emotions that it dredges up. This is sheer awesome for a fan who was pretty disappointed with the conduct of G2's storyline, despite the immense potential that always existed.
