It's the start of a new month, and that means new LEGO products are available for purchase. The main draw this time is the release of the first wave of The LEGO Ninjago Movie sets, which you can now pick up in anticipation for the coming movie. Best of all, these Ninjago sets will have double VIP points for the rest of the month, making it worthwhile to pick some up now.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie sets all say The LEGO Ninjago Movie on the box pics and in the descriptions. The ones from the TV show do not. You can also click here to see just the movie sets.

Anyway, my brother and I bought the Destiny's Bounty, the Temple, and four of the ninja vehicles during BrickFair at the beginning of this month, though so far we've only built the Bounty. The Bounty is easily one of the best (and biggest/heaviest) LEGO ships I've built! It's the LEGO Ninjago Movie set I'd be most likely to recommend to other people, regardless of their interest in the theme or the movie. It may be on the pricy side, but it's easily worth it.
