xccj
There was a contest to make some variation of the Millennium Falcon... so I decided to try making it using Bionicle pieces. - - I started by making the round part of the body using Vahki and Rahkshi leg pieces, then I added from there on, such as the forward prongs, the cockpit, and even some trans blue sockets for the engines. It's not a perfect representation, but the basic shape is there, and Bionicle elements make for fast greeble. I did kind of inverse the colors based on the official models; instead of light gray with dark gray details, this one is primarily dark gray with a few light gray and silver highlights. The cockpit was the most difficult bit to design, but I did manage to fit in 4 mini characters. (The Chewbacca uses a head from the Legends of Chima bear fig, which kind of works.) I also managed to fit in three silver Bionicle Kanohi... the first time I've ever actually incorporated those masks into a decent MOC, now that I think about it. It's not quite the same scale as my previous Slave I, but uses the same theme. I'll have to see if I can make any other classic Star Wars ships using Bionicle elements... 5 Quote My BZPower Stories Dark Core--Kulagi's Kanoka--A Shadow's Contrivance--Mystery on Keli-Nui--BZ-Koro: To Bring Back Bionicle
The 1st Shadow
That is too cool! Instantly recognizable, and nothing looks out of place. It's all very cohesive. Well done! If you're gonna do more SW ships, I'd love to see an X-Wing or an Ep. 3 Jedi Interceptor. The Invisible Handman
Never thought I'd see this. It actually works pretty well despite using ccbs over system, it does need the landing gear though. Still, it is very nice. Icarax16
Quite surprised how it all came together using ccbs. Nice!
TuragaNuva
This is really cool! I briefly considered attempting something similar for that contest, but it definitely wouldn't have been this good. Excellent job!
