Notification Problem

Earlier today, I received a notification saying that Biohistorian had posted a topic known as "2". Clicking the link sent me to this topic. I didn't thing much of it, but later I received a notification that {Con Quy} posted the same topic. Neither had the proper avatar by their name in the notification.notification_problem.pngI'm subscribed to Q&A, BBC, The Legend of Zelda, and several of my own MOC topics. What's going on?:t::b::3:

Happened again. This time the topic was supposedly made by Biohazard12, and Windrider's avatar was displayed instead of his own. Interestingly enough, Biohazard12 recently posted a topic in Q&A, which was subsequently closed by Windrider. :t: :b: :3:

I think I see part of what's going on here. It happens when a New Member's topic gets approved. I approved Biohazard's topic in Q&A, and consequently my avatar got displayed next to the topic link. The same thing seems to have happened with Biohistorian's topic. Erebus must have approved that one. More specifically, he must have approved it at 9:23 PM, as your screenshot indicates. What this does not answer is why it shows the topic title as "2," nor does it answer why you got a notification in the first place. This is the topic that Biohistorian posted, in the Hero Factory Sets forum, to which you are not subscribed. This is the topic that {Con Quy} posted, also in the Hero Factory Sets forum. I honestly have no clue why you got these notifications, and no clue why they are so glitchy. I can surmise that they were titled "2" and sent you to this topic because it is the second topic posted on the new boards, "showtopic=2," but again, I do not know why this happened.
