Hapori Tohu
K'Nex was another show-stealer at Toy Fair this year, and with good reason: the company is celebrating 25 years of making their iconic construction toys. We've got a few photos of highlights from their oversized booth, and we'll circle back to their impressive lobby display another day. Some key takeaways for LEGO fans: K'Nex no longer manufactures "clone bricks", but they're dominating the thrill-rides kit scene with motorized (and realistically operating) roller coasters, ferris wheels, and ball machines. Toa of Pi
Those last two pictures are of the Big Ball Factory. I remember having that set as a kid, and it was awesome. Lyichir
No more bricks for K'nex? I wonder what that means for the Super Mario and Mario Kart licenses that used those bricks fairly heavily... as a huge Mario fan, the idea that Lego could potentially get that license instead is tantalizing. 2 Quote Formerly Lyichir: Rachira of Influence Aanchir's and Meiko's brother

I really want Lego to get the entire Nintendo license. There's so much potential beyond just Mario - I could easily see a theme running for at least as long as Minecraft has, especially now that Nintendo themselves are back on their feet with the massively successful Switch console.
