Thankfully, one of those missing things has returned thanks to BZPower Member Terrev, who dug up a copy of BIONICLE: The Seal of Success, a classic fan-made RPG from a long time ago. And thanks to a little bit of troubleshooting, it can even run on modern computers despite being designed with Windows XP and earlier in mind.
