Name: Quada (Also goes by the name of Protossnub)Gender: MaleSpecies: ToaAppearance: Quada appears to be your average Toa of Magnetism, possessing a gunmetal grey and black colour scheme, with some minor traces of white in his armour.Kanohi: Kanohi Zatth, Great Mask of SummoningPowers: Magnetism PowersWeapons: WarhammerImplants: N/APersonality: Quada is a rather eccentric being, a trait of his which is shown by his incredibly strange style of playing tabletop games. He likes being unpredictable, which is rather annoying for his friends and companions. He is also incredibly optimistic, cheerful and bouncy, which also irritate others at times. He has an obsession with fish.Alignment: NeutralBiography: Quada was formerly a resident of the Southern Continent before migrating to Spherus Magna, having spent most of his time as a fishermen and sailor. When the Matoran Universe collapsed, he and some of his friends exited along with most of the population, but got lost, ending up wandering around the desert region of the planet. It was during this time when he met Toa Hrunja Gilga, who decided to help him and his friends to build a house. He, Hrunja and his friends were one of people to set foot on the Techna-Nui, where they built a workshop for making entertainment, to be more specific, tabletop games. Quada was one of the more influential members of the shop, and spent most of his time playing games with characters who shared his obsession with fish.During a Hacker attack, Quada met the being known as Blade, who transferred Toa Powers to him, transforming him into a Toa.

Name: ZeroGender: MaleSpecies: Mythos Class RobotAppearance: Zero's colour scheme is primarily red and black. His face looks like a grey swamp adapted Kaukau Nuva without the Waffle-eye, except for the fact that his head, forehead and up, is protected by a red helmet with two white spikes that head backward from the gem that is in the middle of his forehead. His joints are primarily black, but his armour is red. He wears a yellow 'scarf', and currently has three empty slots, one in the gem on his helmet, one underneath his armour, and one in his boots. These slots are the holders for the chips that can at least temporarily upgrade his powers. Zero's eyes are a greyish green.Kanohi: None, instead he wears a helmet. This does not give him any powers itself, but can have a Helmet Chip inserted in the gem on the front, to act somewhat like an implant.Powers: Due to being a robot, he has no real powers of his own, however, there are different chips that have been discovered that allow him to access implant-like powers. These are split into three different categories, each affecting a different section of his body. One is known as the 'Helmet' type, which grants him powers that affect things like his ability to help 'charge' his weapons with some energy from his additional resources, allowing things like shooting an additional shot per battery charge of his gun, depending on what chip is installed.Another is the 'Body' type, which allows upgrades to the torso section of his body. This allows things like being able to change the type of energy that is in his extra resources to be 'elemental'. He cannot control this elemental power, however, he can use it in blasts and by surrounding his sword's blade with the element temporarily. There are only three elemental chips available through this, however, a fire chip, an ice chip, and an electricity chip. There is also a reflection chip, but that only works with his sword, by slightly altering the energy used to be a reflective type of energy. Finally, there is the third category of chips: the 'Feet' type. This allows abilities like jumping higher than normal, or jumping a second time in the air, depending on which chip is active. His normal running speed can also be enhanced, as well as allowing a form of a jet boost from his feet, for what's known as a 'dash', and this is all depending on what chip he has installed in his boots. These chips also have another limit: If they are used too much, or for too long, they start to burn up, and must be taken out, and wait for the Chip Regulator to cool down slightly. If this is push too far, however, the chip is unusable, and a replacement must be made, which could take a while.Weapons: A sword that has a triangular blade with a typically one-handed handle, that can have the blade's surface surrounded by energy to increase it's cutting ability, but not enough so that it can cut through anything; it has it's limits, like the fact that it's not comparable to Protosteel at all. It is roughly the same cutting power as normal steel with the energy blade activated, and about the same power as iron without it. It's blade runs off a battery, and can last long time, due to only powering the blade by surrounding it. Therefore, it's not needed to be changed as much as Zero's energy gun.An energy-based gun, that can fire up to three normal shots in a row, or one powerful 'charged' shot. This weapon runs off battery cells, due to it being energy-based.Implants: Due to being a robot, his whole body is an implant, in a way. However, though he cannot use normal Kanohi or normal elemental powers, there are chips that can be inserted into either his torso armour, his helmet, or his boots to allow slight powers, but nowhere near the powers a normal Toa would be able to use. More info in the powers section.Personality: Zero fights for his friends; if he feels something is right, he will fight for it, no matter what. But above all, he fights to protect what he cares for. Although he is a robot, he does indeed have emotions, and does sometimes act off anger and thinking that isn't logic. He also displays the oddity of jumping into situations that were obviously dangerous, without backup, and often without ways to get out of places, and doing all that willingly.Alignment: What he feels is right.Bio: Zero was designed ages ago, back before Techna was created, by a Matoran engineer who strove to have everlasting peace. However, due to realizing his potential destructiveness after one battle in the past, he chose to seal himself away, to protect others. After a while, and after Techna-Nui was created, Zero's sealed capsule was places onto the ship, and stored in a lab so others could run tests on him. However, one day, a battle broke out in the lab, and while the lab was destroyed, and Zero's capsule broken, he still stayed in his endless sleep, not knowing that one day his powers would once again be needed.

Tell me if you want Zero toned down somehow; and if so, how. =) I'll eventually get to detailing exactly what chips there are, but most of the ones from the official Megaman Zero games are good only for those games. =P But again, they're nothing too powerful: The most powerful ones of the bunch would be the element chips, and even those are tame... I don't think I'll include a 'super strength' or 'double defence' chip, as those were never actually chips, but cyber-elf powers. And yeah, it's more or less exactly a Bionicle version of Zero, but, well, it shouldn't matter. As there will be a lot of things that will be different, even if the basic 'template' of sorts is more or less the same. Plus it's an RPG, so... =PI'll probably make a profile for that NPC, but not just yet, I wanna give Zero some focus first. =) Edited by Fullbringer Blade

Fullbringer Blade: Tone down the chips a bit. Specifically, a cool-off time got the individual's. With that, you are approved. :)Infinitus: You are good to go on both. Gravs: Another Holmes? Ah, you'll have competition, my friend. Approved.

Name:DorchaGender: MaleSpecies: ToaAppearance: Dorcha is short, only about five feet in height. He wears a complex armor formed of overlapping plates, with chainmailblocking the gaps between plates. His mask is worn over a closefitting chainmail coif. His armor is a off black grey, and is made of a strange alloy that is almost as hard as protosteel, and deadens any sound made within a one foot radius of Dorcha, while allowing incoming sound, with the result that Dorcha is unable to be heard, and is thus a mute, and communicates with his sonics power.Kanohi: Time Perception.Powers: Sonics. He has developed a special aspect of this power, aliken to the lightspeed of a Toa of Light: soundspeed.Weapons:Two back mounted swords, both with slightly curved blades, and crosspieces shaped like a U, sloping to cover the hands. They work like Balta's blades, allowing him to reflect any attack.Implants: Twin wrist mounted blasters, They fire ping pong ball sized projectiles that can be mentally guided at a particular target, working like a Ko-Metru disk, avoiding any obstacles in their way. Once they latch onto a target, they explode, releasing a concentrated blast of acid, which can melt through pretty much all known substances. The left hand blaster's projectiles release a cloud which although it can affect people in the nearest ten or so feet to the target, are not as effective in power as the right blaster, which simply releases a blast of acid into the target, which can be easily fatal or crippling if hitting the right places, regardless of any armor worn.Abilities: Excellent stealth skills, able to move pretty much invisibly in bad lighting or good cover, along the lines of a ranger from Ranger's Apprentice. Agile, fast, tough, with good stamina and strength. He is also an expert hand with the two swords he carries. One of his favorite tactics is to fight jedi style: sonardetecting incoming missiles, and deflecting them with his blades.Personality: Dorcha is quiet and a bit secretive. He is rather distrustful of strangers, but is intensely loyal to those he loves, no matter which side they are one. This is both a good thing and a bad. For sooner or later, he will find himself with a foot planted on either side of an opening fracture of sides, and will either side with one, or be destroyed. The Toa Code is foreign to Dorcha. He lives by a personal code, which few know.Alignment: Techna.Bio: A toa for all his life, Dorcha worked as a personal security guard for the richer people who distrusted the ARDs. His reputation gained, one of no failures, a reputation of a deadly fighter, second to few. As the hacker menace grew, he became more and more reclusive, even as demand for his servidces began to grow. He is silent most of the time, and is never the person anyone wants to get on the wrong side of. Edited with approval from LL.

I see. But isn't it still unfair to have him be able to move as fast as his opponent can hear? One of the chief reasons we don't allow Toa of light is because of that.I'll day this, if you make it so that it's only fast enough to outmatch a Kakama, I'll aprove that.

That's fair: I've always placed soundspeed at that level. Also, along those lines of reasoning, a lot of elements and powers would be out of it, because they give a character a high level of advantage over an opponent. Superspeed is beatable, it just gives you a good edge. Remember, Dorcha can be taken down quickly by telepat5hy, despite his speed power. ;)

KNI: I wouldn't mind a cooldown time; as I was actually just going to suggest that it be a fixed place where Zero switches out his Chips, so that it isn't as odd and allowing overpowered-ness as in the games.(Plus, fumbling around trying to pull one chip out and place another in during battle is kinda... Well... Not fun, and opens yourself up to mass amounts of attacks. It's suspension of disbelief that allows that part to happen in the games on the fly. =P)Unless you meant something else... Did you mean a cool-off time on activating the powers, or switching the chips? Just curious; as either wouldn't be too bad. I'm just not sure on that 'got the individual's.' comment. =P

Name: RaknarGender: MaleSpecies: S-SkakdiAppearance: Raknar is the sort of person who can easily blend into the background. Hes not very tall for a Skakdi and surprisingly lithe. His armor is mainly black with dark, dull blue highlights. His head is blue; his eyes, hidden behind his visor most of the time, are a surprisingly bright yellow.Kanohi: N/APowers: Data (he can use it without another Skakdi nearby)Weapons: An electrically-charged whip with a sharp, slightly hooked metal tip, about four inches long, that can be magnetized and demagnetized with mental commands. He also carries a gun that fires charged pellets that can have powerul enough electric charges to stun a Matoran almost instantly, though such a shot would also drain more power; the gun can recharge over time as long as Raknar holds it.Implants: Rather than have a vision power, Raknar uses a visor with multiple vision modes: x-ray, infrared, ultraviolet, and low-light. He also has an extra implant on his brain that allows him to handle more data at once, an implant that coincides perfectly with his element of data.Personality: In a nutshell: cold, calculating, and cynical. Raknar cares nothing for people whose skills are not on par with his, and he even treats his contemporaries and superiors with barely-disguised apathy. He seems to always hold a critical remark in reserve; his speech is silky smooth and very controlled. Despite what some may think, Raknar prefers to keep to himself, never bragging, instead letting his actions impress others. He is very silent, often appearing where no one expects him to appear, and seems to get around very quickly. He blends into backgrounds and shadows almost effortlessly. The tiniest hint of traditional Skakdi rage still resides within Raknars subconscious, though it rarely if ever reveals itself.Alignment: Hackers / NeutralBio: Raknar was once a feared pirate in the Matoran Universe, operating from his infamous ship the Raknars Fist. However, during the events following Makutas takeover, he went underground. After the Mata Nui robot crash-landed on Spherus Magna, Raknar remained low-key; being separated from pirating had hit him hard, and he had no idea what else he could do with his life.Centuries passed; the idea for the Techna Nui was presented, and Raknar at first wanted no part of it. A thousand years after the Techna Nui launched, however, Raknar gave in, requested a body different than his original, and was transferred aboard. Now a Skakdi of Data, he found himself in the welcome embrace of logic. His personality cooled almost instantly. Several thousand years after his arrival, he trained in martial arts (alongside a Toa of Sonics named Dorcha). Another several thousand years later, he had mastered computer programming enough to begin his long but unknown career as a Hacker. Attention mattered nothing to him, only doing what kept him and his newfound intelligence occupied. As I'm GM, I can approve my own profile; if any of my co-GMs have any problems with Raknar, though, I'm open to suggestions. Be aware that he is going to play a big role later in Techna's story (sorry, I'm not giving away anything but hints at the moment ;)). Edited by Legolover-361

Name: VranosGender: Male Species: Toa Appearance: A black Toa with glider-like wings connected into his arms. He wears aviator goggles to protect his eyes when flying. Bright white eyes. Kanohi: He wears a Kadin shaped like a Miru. Power: Elemental power of air. Weapons: Taloned Gauntlets and boots. Implants: He has wings connected into his arms, which when combined with his air power and Kanohi, gives him great agility in the air. Optical implants to enhance his vision, giving him a greater range of sight and the ability to focus on objects farther away than the normal being. Personality: A rather serious being, who has a very small sense of humor for a Toa of air. He does not have the greatest attention span, and gets bored easily when not interested in something. He is cautious of others until he gets to know them well enough, and even then is cautious about potential danger, preferring to think things over.Alignment: Techna, he patrols the skies, doing what he can to help out the city. Bio: Vrana was an inhabitant of the MU, fighting in the battle against Rahkshi when they first arrived on the planet of Spherus Magna. He had spent his life as a protector of Matoran, a defender of those weaker than himself. During that time, he because friends with another Toa named K'dias, and doesn't really trust anyone else. Life on Spherus Magna without the threat of Makuta did not give him what he wanted from his life. He wanted to defend others, and there were already enough defenders left behind. When he heard about Quantum Entanglement, he decided that a new world would mean new threats, new dangers. He arrived, and quickly took to doing what he could to help the citizens of the City. He is not against the hackers, but he is for the citizens. If breaking a law would help someone in need, he might end up doing just that. There are rumors, along with the strange way that he eats and his diet, that leads suspicion that before coming to the city, he might not have been a Toa at all.

Name: K’dias Gender: Male. Species: S-Toa of Plasma. Appearance: Black armor with orange underlay. Slightly taller and thinner than the average Toa. Kanohi: Great Pehkui, Mask of Diminishment. Powers: Toa level control of Plasma. Weapons: -A rifle-like weapon. K’dias focuses his elemental powers through it, creating a beam of plasma. The more power he puts into each shot, the more elemental power he must use. The rifle also has a ‘low’ power setting, which is generated by the rifle and does little other than act as a stun setting which can be easily blocked by most forms of armor. The stun setting requires two seconds to charge. Practice has made K’dias a good shot and good at using his elemental power effeciently. Implants:-An eyepiece over his left eye, which has telescopic and thermal settings. It can record video for short amounts of time. The settings can be changed mentally, and the recording can stop or start with mental commands.-K’dias also has a holoprojector built into his right wrist, which can show videos from his eyepiece, and can project text from his brain implant. It can be connected to computers to project an image. It can be turned on or off mentally, and various settings, such as sound or size, can also be adjusted mentally. Personality: K’dias is serious by nature, and tends to be an introvert. He’s friendly enough if you know him, but tends to be silent around those he doesn’t know. He also is cautious, although he has largely let down his guard on the Techna Nui. However, the recent malfunctions and hackers have begun to make him nervous. Alignment: Techna. He supports the Toa and hopes the Hackers will be dealt with. Bio: K’dias is originally from the Matoran Universe. He knew another being named Vranos, his only companion. Life on Spherus Magna was peaceful, but became too peaceful. Nothing happened, and K'dias began to wonder about the Techna Nui. K'dias heard about Quantum Entanglement and put in a request for a body to be made. Ever since, he's enjoyed life aboard the Techna Nui, where something is always happening, or there's always something new to learn. However, he’s beginning to wonder if the Hackers will become a serious threat and start taking over parts of the ship.

Name: CryosGender: MaleSpecies: ToaAppearance: Tall, slender, and agile build. White with blue eyes.Kanohi: Mahiki, Mask of IllusionPowers: The Element of Ice, the ability to jack in virtually any computer system (see 'Implants')Weapons: Wrist-mounted Daggers, Magazine-loaded CrossbowImplants:- Indestructable cybernetic forearm containing a Hard Drive for storing valuable data, a Holographic Display, several Hacking and Security programs, and a 'Jack In Module (JIM)', a device in the forearm that inserts the user's mind into a computer system, whilst rendering the coding of said system in a 'CyberScape' form that the user's mind. Controlling a virtual Avatar, they can then travel through and manipulate the CyberScape. This has the disadvantage of leaving the user's 'RealSpace' body open to attack.- Tri-Scope attached to Cryos' mask with X-Ray, Night Vision, and Thermal Imaging capabilites.Personality: Usually cheerful and laid back, willing to help anyone with benevolent intent.Alignment: TechnaBio: Refered to by his username within the Network Relay, Cryos (derived from his title 'The Cryonicist') has been hired by many a citizen of Techna to solve technical problems. He uses his JIM implant to go into his client's computer systems, in order to see the problem for himself. He would then use his advanced computer skills to fix said problem. All this with no pay too, as he feels that helping people is reward enough. A few times his services have been required to help maintain and update Techna's SCPU. After finding out about the infection of the SCPU, he has tried to track down the Hackers, but to no avail.Note: Jack In Module description too complicated? Has anyone heard of the game Dystopia? It's kind of like that :) Edited by Toa Zealokan

Name: AlanGender: MaleSpecies: Kasuba. Basically a slightly taller, winged toa.Appearance: Toa-like being, with blue organics, and white armor. His two giant, thick wings - which he can folded tightly against his back - are spread with a brilliant, sky-blue membrane, with wispy white streaks where the cartilage is. Alan has navy blue eyes.Kanohi: Mask of EmulationPowers: Elemental power of sky, which is pretty much telekinesis with mild control of weather added. Depending on what his Mask of Emulation copies, he can also have any other single power that he sees used.Weapons: Dagger-like endings on his powerful wings and a claymore he keeps strapped in between said wings when not in use. The membrane on each wing is armor-like, and thus they can be used like a shield.Implants: He has implants within his wings making his flight even faster, one eye replaced with one that grants low x-ray vision, along with brain modifications to keep him from completely cracking.Personality: Great guy, fun and friendly. Due to an incident that happened centuries ago, his brain doesn't work normally. Still, it's generally just a little quirk in everythinging that he says, somewhat like a more docile Sheogorath from the Elder Scrolls series. Doesn't love fighting, but enjoys it, especially when it's virtual at his own place. Slow temper, tries not to actually fight outside of competition, gaming, or necessity. Generally fast yet decisive in strategies, whether sparring with a friend, playing chess, or fighting for his life.Alignment: TechnaBio: Alan was a traveler that had been through most of the Matoran Universe. Many, many beings know who he is simply because of his travels. He was and still is a well-known trader. In fact, he got his Mask of Emulation for a very high price in his trading. He owns a powerless Noble Matatu, which was his old mask. Due to a battle long ago, he's become slightly insane, though, has mostly recovered due to his friend Kairan (RPed by Blade: Hero of Truth). Channels his slight bit of insanity into his job, thinking of things no one else would. He's become a technical genius due to his tinkering with virtual reality being grafted with real reality. Has created spheres with movable parts that create a miniature world usable to actually be active while being in virtual reality. His Virtual LARPing Center in the Science District (likely the one and only) is named Avian Alan's Animated Awesome Adventures of Amazing and Astounding Artistry!Centuries ago, a war was waged upon his people. He immediately returned to his homeland of Cytha-Nui and joined the kasuban military. Having been a general in a war long before then, he was quickly reinstated to that position. Though they were extremely able fighters, the kasuba were already a scarce race, and the enemy refused to stop the fighting. By the end of the war, less than one hundred of each side was left. Many more died from wounds, leaving only a few dozen kasuba left in the universe. Being one of the highest ranking officers in the military, Alan blames much of their near-extinction on himself. However, he's pretty much moved from this to his other life, especially after the incident which caused his insanity.

Wait, there's a limit on what it can copy? Never heard that. However, there is the fact that it takes a bit to actually copy something, and it can only be one power at a time. Furthermore, the telekinesis is the main part of the element, with only slight control over lightning, rain, etc. Like, he can make a small cloud. Or make a weak lightning bolt strike. I can take the x-ray eye from him if you wish.

Just to chime in, yes, there's a limit. Lev and the others kindly pointed that out to me when I was ICing with Sarkan over in IoP.Also, just to check, Legolover... When you said 'all characters approved', did that mean Zero as well? I'm simply curious on that, since discussion about that character simply dropped off. xD
