I'm a little iffy on some of the stylistic choices for her, but I think you absolutely nailed the water itself. The perspective is a tad skewed, it's almost as if the water hitting the rock and the waves are part of the same ground, yet they don't quite feel like they belong. Either the waves feel like they should be more in the background or there should be a little more distinction in terms of shape. When it comes to the water, though, the shape of the splashes looks superb and the color usage is really good, at least in my opinion.
