The Home of the Brick, the LEGO House, has recently updated the LEGO Inside Tour page with the dates for 2019. You have four chances spread through May, June, and September to visit the place where it all started for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Signups will open on October 9th at 10am CET and close on November 2nd at 10am CET 2018, but history tells us that the spots will likely fill up long before that. If you're interested in going, make sure you get on the list as soon as possible!
