Adventures On Mata Nui

Chapter 1In the time before time, all Matoran lived in peace, protected and guided by Mata Nui, the Great Spirit. That is, until the dark brother of Mata Nui, the Makuta, struck him down and condemned him to eternal slumber. A new era of fear and uncertainty was ushered in, as the Rahi grew aggressive, once-bountiful farmland took no seed, and the very stars of the night withheld their valued glow.Still, legends foretold of a powerful warrior capable of defeating the Makuta and reawakening the Great Spirit. This great warrior was Maglya, a simple Ta-Matoran lava surfer, chosen by destiny to vanquish the dark Makuta and free the Matoran!“Hey!” Marka cut in. “That’s not how the story goes!”Maglya set down his storybook next to his lavaboard. “Maybe not, but it should be.”Akamu laughed from atop his Ussal crab. “Maybe, if the Legend of Mata Nui was meant to carry a more humorous tone.”“Let’s hear you say that after I do this!” Maglya said, placing a foot back and running toward the nearest tree. He leapt and succeeded in sprinting a few feet higher, but ultimately tripped and plummeted down, almost knocking his Kanohi Kakama off.“Ha, that is what happens when fire-spitters try leaf-running,” Makani called from the trees. He jumped out from seemingly nowhere and landed perfectly on his feet, and then helped the Ta-Matoran up.“You’re one to talk. I’d like to see any of you Le-Matoran try lava surfing,” Maglya replied, readjusting his mask.Akamu nudged his Ussal crab with his foot. “Well, I’m due back in the Undercity. I don’t know how it works for you Surfacers, but in Onu-Koro, sluices are made from old-fashioned Matoran labor.”“I'd best head back to Ga-Koro, too. Pelagia’s expecting the boat back and clean as a whistle,” Marka said. Maglya sprang up and ran after her.“Hey Marka, can I get a ride back to Ta-Koro?” he asked. “I’d surf the coast back, but that would risk getting wet!”Akamu, almost leaving, laughed. “So, you surf the lava breaks for fun, but refuse to surf in regular water?”“Make light not, Akamu,” Makani said, looking fearful behind his Kanohi Matatu. “Water, ever-bad stuff. I know it is formed when the Makuta infects the air itself.”Within a few more minutes, Akamu and his Ussal were crawling back to Onu-Koro, while Marka had finally agreed to drop Maglya off at Ta-Koro. Makani quickly sprinted back up into the trees.“I ever-wonder,” he said to himself, “will great Toa Lewa come, as wise Matau foresees?”Makani climbed another tree and could see over the whole canopy. He had to admit, he wished his friends could have stayed for longer. Although it was his fault for showing up late. He could never thank the Great Spirit enough for friends as bold as Maglya, tough as Marka, or smart as Akamu. As Makani began wind-running through the branches, he couldn’t help but think, But what do they think of me? Am I just airheaded Makani, the one of Le-Koro who sings all day?He found himself wishing for a chance to prove himself to his friends. A second later, when he saw a swarm of Nui-Rama flying toward the Village of Air, he found himself regretting it.Wind-running as fast as his feet would carry him, he hurried to defend his village, praying to Mata Nui for the speed of a Kahu.----“Maglya! Put down that surfboard and help me!” Marka called. The coastal voyage from Le-Koro to Ga-Koro was something any novice sailor could do, and Marka herself had made it many times before. But now, it seemed, the sea was angry. Massive waves bashed her boat around like a leaf in a tornado.“What am I supposed to do?” Maglya called back, trying to avoid getting wet.“Go tie down the cargo in the back! It’s a batch of bamboo and harakeke Kailani asked for,” Marka called, holding down several ropes she had tied to the front of the boat.Maglya dutifully ran back and, despite the cold saltwater the wind threw all over him, tied down Marka’s cargo. While the two succeeded in keeping the ship and its contents together, neither Matoran saw the blue Tarakava, agitated by the storm, that was darting toward the ship.----Akamu’s trip had not gone so smoothly. As the Onu-Koronan highway to the Village of Air was still under construction, the crafter was forced to first travel to Po-Wahi.There was very little to the Region of Stone. The trader who waited by Leva Bay was correct. It was sand. Lots and lots of it. Akamu chuckled to himself as he imagined if sand was as valuable as the protodermis mined in Onu-Koro. If it was, Akamu knew, Po-Koro would grow richer than the other five villages combined.Akamu nudged his Ussal to stop. It was getting dark out. Around this time, Nui-Jaga started coming out. Akamu knew the Po-Matoran were always willing to help, but Po-Koro was still quite a ways away. As he mentally debated whether to rest in the Village of Stone or continue home, he heard a sandy hiss he had only heard descriptions of, from very brave Po-Matoran.He turned around and saw a purple Nui-Jaga, with infected Pakari covering its sharp pincers. The Nui-Jaga’s eyes, staring right back at the Matoran of Earth, showed no sign of compassion.Review

Chapter 2The attack was truly devastating. Makani had reached the village too late. When he had found the village, there was not a single Matoran remaining. Before he could run to get help from the other koro, a hand grabbed his wrist and pulled him into a bush. The hand pressed on his mouth, keeping him from crying out."Shh," the entity who had grabbed him said. Although it was too dark in the bush, Makani immediately recognized the voice as that of Boreas, a fellow Matoran of Air. "Stay down-quiet. Infected Rama take village. Many brave ones lost. Speak not, for the Rama may return."And so, Makani did. The two Le-Matoran sat for many hours. Every time a breeze rustled the leaves, Makani tensed up, should they have returned. But then, he could hear a new noise, and it was no breeze. It was a mechanical zipping sound. Someone - or something - was coming up the vine elevator. He heard the clank stop the elevator, and the footsteps of a being exiting. From where he was positioned, he could not see the being. But what he heard utterly confused him. The being was playing music. Not wonderful music, but it showed enough talent to tell that this was no simple Rahi.Boreas poked his head out, and then jumped out of his hiding place. All around, other Le-Matoran came out as well. Makani looked out and was surprised. The flute-player was a Ta-Matoran, already in conversation with Kongu and Tamaru. Makani jumped out, however, as the familiar sound of mashing wings again sprinkled the breeze. The Nui-Rama were back.Kongu immediately ran to his bird, Ka, while the rest of the Gukko Force scrambled. The Ta-Matoran looked quite confused through all this. Makani had wanted a chance to prove himself, and it was now."Boreas!" Makani called. The singer ran to Boreas and then declared, "I am ever-ready to defend."----It was madness. Between the raging ocean and the vicious Tarakava lizard, Maglya and Marka were sure they were doomed. The front of their boat had been torn off by the beast's jaws, forcing them to hide among Marka's wares. Then, a tidal wave blocking the sun raced toward the two Matoran.Marka had always been considered the toughest of the Ga-Matoran. She often described her masculine qualities as necessary to be a sailor. But now, although she would never admit it, she tightly closed her eyes out of sheer terror. But the wave never hit. Marka squinted one eye, and saw the sun shining brightly. She and Maglya scrambled to the edge of the boat and saw, through the still-choppy waters, the Tarakava in combat with an unknown being. In a spectacular move, the figure conjured a ball of air in the water and hurled it at the lizard, knocking off its infected Kanohi and sending it flying. The figure broke through the water and jumped onto what was left of the Matoran boat. Maglya and Marka were graced by the reassuring sight of Gali, the Toa of Water. Her smooth, flowing armor was scratched from the conflict, but the smile visible behind her Kanohi Kaukau inspired a feeling of safety in the Matoran.Gali could easily tell the two were still shaken. She summoned a current to carry the half-boat in the direction of Ga-Koro and sat between the two Matoran, putting a hand on each of their shoulders to let them know a Toa now protected them.----The Great Scorpion charged. Having no other option, Akamu kicked his Ussal's side, and the crab scuttled along the sand. It was no use. The scorpion reared back its stinger and struck the Onu-Matoran's back. The Ussal raced away, while the scorpion looked at its next meal. Its saliva dripped onto the forehead of Akamu, who was too horrified to move.Review

Chapter 3Most aspects of a Nui-Jaga were either terrifying or disgusting. The breath of one, however, was both. And Akamu was one of the unfortunate Matoran to have to realize this fact of life, as one was now standing over him."Back, beast of the Makuta!" a voice called. The scorpion looked to the right to see two Po-Matoran running at him, disks in their hands. The Nui-Jaga reared back its tail, but the Matoran with a Ruru hurled his disk, bending the scorpion's tail back, and a crack of its bone was heard. The scorpion whimpered and scuttled off.The other Matoran, wearing a Matatu, helped Akamu up. "What are you doing out here? Didn't you get Turaga Onewa's notice? Everyone in Po-Koro knows the Nui-Jaga start coming out at sundown."The other Po-Matoran held his lightstone to Akamu. "He's an Onu-Matoran, Piatra."Piatra threw Akamu, still shaken, over his shoulder. "Well, with the Plague gone, it should be safe to take him back to rest.""We should hope."----"When I woke up, Ally and Piatra were still there, watching me. Good men, those carvers," Akamu said, concluding his story. He was still smiling, happy to be home in Onu-Koro again. He was just on break from crafting, and chatting with some miners."Well who knew a Surfacer could be so hospitable," Mamru said. "What about those other friends of yours?""Some marketers told me Maglya and Marka were saved by Toa Gali," he said. "Of Makani, I have not heard."Dosne, a miner, said, "We finished the Le-Koro Highway just the other day. You could always go check on him."Akamu thanked Dosne for his information and took his Ussal down the highway to the Village of Air. Upon arriving, he found the Le-Matoran in celebration, having escaped a Nui-Rama swarm. Leading the band was Makani. As he was taking the walk in the forest back to Onu-Koro, he somehow saw Marka and Maglya."What are you two doing here?" Akamu asked them from a distance. The three ran together and exchanged hellos."We came to check on Makani," Marka said."I just saw him. He's fine, dancing and singing."----In a cave deeper than the Great Mine of Onu-Koro and more desolate than the summit of Mount Ihu, a cold laugh filled the void. It was the dark spirit of the Makuta."The Matoran, so sure of the power of their Toa," the voice rumbled. "The sheer foolishness of it. Do they not know that, compared to me, the raging wildfire of Toa Tahu is a mere flicker of a candle, or the ocean of Toa Gali but a puddle, or Toa Lewa's hurricane not even a breeze?"If any were in the Makuta's chamber, they would have heard a sound which was a cross between a tear and a scream. Then, a sluglike Kraata slithered through the tunnel for the surface."They must be enlightened to the true power of the Makuta."Review

Chapter 4To serve the Makuta. To eliminate the Toa. To see to it the Matoran never return.Tiribomba paused. Return to where? He looked at his surroundings. He was deep in Le-Wahi. Last he remembered he was in Onu-Koro negociating with the Mining Captain about opening a Ta-Koronan lava flow. Then, well, he didn't remember.A sound broke Tiribomba's concentration. An emerald-armored figure swung over him on a vine. It was the Toa of Air. Toa, Tiribomba reminded himself, were to be eliminated, as they opposed the Makuta.----Lewa let go of the vine and landed swiftly on the Le-Wahi floor. He was being followed, he could tell. He turned, and saw a small figure in the shadows just behind him. It was a Matoran, one of the innocent villagers of Mata Nui he was sworn as a Toa to protect."Come out, little villager. I am Lewa, Toa-hero of the winds and keeper of your ever-safety."When the villager stepped out, the sun shown on his armor to show he was a Ta-Matoran. But what Lewa was taken aback by was the pitted Kanohi he wore. A Kanohi Ruru, but it had a rusted color and a stench which seemed as evil as it was repulsive.Oh, no, Lewa thought. I cannot harm a Matoran, even if a shadow-slave to the Madness. The Ta-Matoran unveiled a sharp scraping tool used by lava farmers. He reared his arm back and hurled the tool at Lewa, the latter almost failing to dodge in time. An ever-shame he does not feel the same about me.The two traded blows for a brief time while the sun climbed into the sky. The heat it rained down took a toll on Lewa's body, whereas the Ta-Matoran, a native to the volcanic Ta-Koro, seemed to almost feed on it.A blast of sub-zero energy came down, encasing the infected Matoran in ice. A second later, Toa Kopaka descended as well, helping Lewa to his feet."Many ever-thanks to you, brother," Lewa said. Kopaka didn't bother to accept it."If you're done fighting and losing to Matoran, infected or not, Tahu has called a meeting," the Toa of Ice said as if he was reading it from a stone. He walked to the Matoran and recalled his ice prison. The Matoran fell to the ground, unconscious and still shivering. Kopaka slung the Matoran over his shoulder and started for the Toa's meeting place.----It was an absolute disaster. He had almost defeated the Toa of Air when he had found himself frozen in a humid jungle. Only a Toa would be so treacherous. The Ice Toa had carried him over his shoulder to Kini-Nui, where all six Toa were now assembled. He was tied to a stone slab, like a Rahi the Toa surely sacrificed to their evil Great Spirit. Below, Tiribomba knew, the Makuta was. Oh, how he wished the Makuta was with him now. Surely his brilliance and benevolent will would defeat the evil Toa.The six Toa assembled around him. The Toa of Water stroked his infected mask. Then he thought, what was it infected with? He then recalled that it was not and, in fact, all the other Matoran's masks were. His mind and body were still too worn from the Toa of Ice's merciless attack to hear what they were saying, or formulate coherent words. Each Toa raised their hands, and elemental energy flowed from them. In what Tiribomba knew would be his last moments of life, he prayed all power and good fortune to the Makuta, in his heroic quest to usurp the monster who was Mata Nui and his cruel Toa enforcers. But then, he did not die. He opened is eyes, and saw the six heroes he had come to know as the Toa. His shackles were removed. Toa Tahu, their brave leader and Toa of his own village, kneeled next to him. Tahu summoned a gust of heat to Kini-Nui, warming Tiribomba's chilled bones."How do you feel?" Tahu asked. His voice was reassuring, almost as paternal as Turaga Vakama's."Cold," he replied.Tahu laughed, a comforting sound, and summoned a greater heat to quell the Matoran's shivers. "What happened?"Tiribomba opened his mouth to answer the Toa's question. However, the memories of serving the shadows, of loving the Makuta and hating the Toa, vanished from his consciousness before he could vocalize them."I . . . forget," was his simple response.Review

Chapter 5In the icy recesses of Mata Nui, the Ko-Matoran studied their tablets in utter silence. Even the constant yet quiet howl of the winds outside, something any other Matoran would hardly notice, had disturbed the Ko-Matoran to the point where the entire Sanctum was barricaded. In the back corner of the Sanctum, Turaga Nuju was hard at work deciphering the oldest and most obscure of the tablets. Next to him, his aide and translator Matoro simply stared at the symbols. They were of the Matoran alphabet, so he could easily read them phonetically, but the words they represented were of a long-forgotten language. An even deeper understanding of philosophy and the Three Virtues was necessary to tell what the stories of the tablets truly meant. Unlocking their secrets was what the Seeking was for.Matoro repositioned himself to better view the tablet. When not serving as Nuju's translator, he hunted Rahi in deep in the Drifts. To the other villages, hunters were often looked down upon when compared to the acolytes Ko-Koro was renowned for, but within Ko-Koro, he and the other hunters were heroes, for they were the ones who braved the treacherous Drifts to hunt for the Rahi which fed Ko-Koro.Lumi, one of Ko-Koro's many acolytes, approached. He moved quickly, as even mere footsteps interrupted the other acolytes from their work. Nuju and Matoro turned to Lumi, and the Turaga of Ice whistled something to Matoro. It was generally underneath a Ko-Matoran's pride to admit to anyone, even Turaga Nuju, that he did not understand something, so when one approached to consult with the Turaga, the conversation was always deep and sometimes mind-boggling to a hunter like Matoro."The Turaga says, 'What troubles you, Seeker?" Matoro told Lumi."I have just completed my translation of an ancient tale which spoke of two young Onu-Koronan Ussal crabs," Lumi whispered. "They trained at the racetrack all day long. They knew they were fast, but both knew neither was fast enough to win the Great Ussal Race. So, both spent their nights sulking and yelling and vowing to try harder the next day. They stayed true to their self-promises and became strong. But, when the day of the Great Ussal Race came, the two crabs came in last."By now, at least six other Ko-Matoran had gathered, interested in the tale of the young crabs."Bitter and resentful that all his hard work got him nowhere, one crab quit racing forever," Lumi continued. "But the other crab kept trying. While his progress was extremely slow, the other crabs noticed a change in his attitude. Now, though he lost just as consistently, he no longer gave into rage and screamed at himself to do better. He calmly told himself that there was tomorrow. And, when the next year came around, this crab was the victor of the Great Ussal Race."Matoro translated Nuju's following words, saying, "The Turaga asks, 'What you did not understand? The message is as clear as the waters of Ga-Koro.'"Lumi looked at his feet. "It's just that the second crab didn't try any harder. Why did he win?"Nuju chuckled, and the sound unprecedentedly filled the entire Sanctum. Matoro then translated the explanation: "Turaga Nuju says, while training for the first race, the crabs allowed their Anger to control them. When they screamed and raged all night, the crabs lost all the benefit their training gave them. When the second crab trained for the second race, he did so with Peace, not Anger, and that allowed him the Willpower to be victorious."Slowly, the Sanctum became filled with something which would have made a lava flow seem commonplace: smiles.Review

Chapter 6 Okoth was slowly making her way back to her shop in Ga-Koro when she could swear she saw a shadow underneath the leafy road she walked on. She shrugged and kept carrying her supplies to the Bargain Barter. If she had investigated, she would have found a sleek figure with glowing yellow eyes. The creature was now following her, not taking its glowing eyes off of Okoth. The Bargain Barter was in the trader's sight when the yellow-eyed being struck. The creature sprung forth from the water and landed behind Okoth. Before the Ga-Matoran could turn around, the creature took its wet hands and grabbed Okoth's shoulder. The trader shrieked and dropped her supplies. She slapped the wet hands off of her and turned around to face the instigator. "Mata Nui, don't do that, Kotu!" Okoth shouted. Kotu was still laughing, while Okoth gave her a disapproving stare. "Oh, come on, that was funny!" Okoth couldn't help but smile when thinking back on the prank. However, as Kotu helped Okoth pick up her fallen supplies, a second pair of eyes, colorless and dark, still stared from the sea's depths. The two eyes belonged to a serpentine creature, once a Kraata of Adaptation, whose purple skin now identified it as a Shadow Kraata, most fearsome of the vile slugs. Utilizing the precise control only a Shadow Kraata was capable of, the slug reached out into the minds of both Matoran and implanted a single, overwhelming command: serve the Makuta. As the creature slithered away, satisfied with itself, the Kanohi of both Ga-Matoran grew pitted and rusty, while the color left their eyes. ---- A minor thought entered Okoth's consciousness. Serve the Makuta. The trader turned to Kotu, whose expression showed she had a similar thought. The Makuta was their enemy, wasn't he? It was he who struck down Mata Nui, and it was he who the Toa of Water, Gali, was seeking to defeat. Okoth tried to push the thought out of her head, and instead thought of Gali, the noble Toa, protector of all Ga-Matoran, stronger than a Tarakava, quicker than a Ruki, a stealthy, graceful warrior, executor of the innocent. Executor of the innocent? No, that was not the Toa of Water. But that moment of doubt was all the thought needed to bind itself into the deepest recess of Okoth's mind. And all thoughts of Toa Gali, Turaga Nokama, and the Bargain Barter immediately vanished, replaced by one mental utterance and one alone. Okoth and Kotu recited it at the same time. "Serve the Makuta." ---- Gali bend over and picked up the dead thing. Yes, it was a Shadow Kraata indeed, scorched to death in the heat of the sun of Ga-Wahi Beach. "Tahu recounted to me having fought one of these things. Even his flame could not kill it, only slow it down long enough for him to escape," the Toa of Water said. "It seems only the light of Mata Nui's magnificent sun can be the death of a Shadow Kraata." She threw the slug into the water. Then, she turned to the gate to the Village of Water, and a new, darker notion entered her mind. "If that thing was in the village . . ." The Toa could not bring herself to vocalize the remaining half of the thought. She left into the water and kicked her slender feet, propelling herself to the people she prayed had not crossed the slug.Review

Chapter 7"So this is where?" Tahu asked."Yes," Onua replied. The Toa of Earth had led Tahu into one of the deepest tunnels in Onu-Wahi, built by Onu-Koronan miners whom soon abandoned it."Explain to me again this tunnel's history.""It all started when the Matoran started realizing that Shadow Kraata were more vulnerable to the sun's rays than regular Kraata," Onua explained. "So, one of the miners speculated that Shadow Kraata would hide in the mines until the Makuta ordered them to the surface.""Why was the project abandoned?""The miner was right. They closed the tunnel up and Turaga Whenua banned all access to it."The two Toa reached the tunnel's barrier. Each summoned his Kanohi Huna, and used its power to hide their bodies from view. Onua drove a claw into the stone barrier's weakest part, shattering it, and Tahu released a blast of fire burning hotter than the lava of the Mangai volcano. When the flames subsided, Tahu saw that the miner was right indeed. The cavern was filled with so many Shadow Kraata that it would have taken a Mask of X-Ray Vision to see the cave floor.Still, Tahu's attack had succeeded. While the Kraata were still alive, they would be stunned long enough for Onua's plan to work. Tahu immediately began using his fire power to soften the mio and mio of the cave's ceiling to the surface. Onua, wading through the ocean of Kraata, went around sending cracks up the walls all the way to the surface. Meanwhile, both Toa saw other cracks coming down the walls."Excellent," Onua commented."Indeed," Tahu replied. "Pohatu is up on the surface, performing his task as well."Onua pulled his claws off of the walls. "I am finished, are you?"After another moment of sending heat through the rock, the Toa of Fire nodded. However, at their feet, the Shadow Kraata began stirring.Tahu and Onua each summoned their Kanohi Matatu, giving them the power of telekinesis. Mio above, when Kopaka, Lewa, Gali, and Pohatu felt the rock beneath their feet moving, they too summoned their Matatu and went to work.It was difficult. Even with six Toa working on a weakened section of rock, moving it would not be easy. Only at that moment did Onua realize they were literally moving a mountain. Should the mountain be lifted, as per the plan, the sunlight from above would flood the cavern and vaporize all the Shadow Kraata.Little by little, the Toa of Earth could see it working. The rock section moved an inch. He almost smiled, but heard Tahu call out in pain."Brother!" he called. Onua looked to see Tahu gripping his mask in pain, as a Shadow Kraata nearby glowed, trying to infect his mask.Onua used his earth power to tear a fist-sized rock from the wall and hurl it at Tahu, knocking the Toa of Fire's Matatu off of his face. As Onua did so, he felt a dark thought flutter into his own mind. Thinking ahead, he tore his own mask off and threw it to the ground. Unfortunately, that meant that one-third of the Toa's cumulative telekinetic power was gone. The rock section they were trying to move stopped in its tracks.Tahu released another fire blast. Weakened by having no Kanohi, however, the blast left the Kraata unfazed. Tahu felt the Kraata slither onto his body and wrap around him. Onua was facing a similar problem. Even without a Kanohi to infect, Shadow Kraata were not harmless.Tahu fell to the ground and gave into unconsciousness. Before his eyes slowly shut, he could swear he saw an Onu-Matoran guard fighting off one of the Shadow Kraata.----Tahu and Onua awoke in the Le-Wahi jungle that the Shadow Kraata chamber was directly underneath. They were being treated for their wounds by Ga-Koronan nurses. Kotu and Okoth, who had been cleansed of their Madness beforehand, stood off to the side, along with several member of the Ussalry."You took quite a fall, Toa," the guard Kaj said."What happened?" Tahu asked. He looked down to see his body covered with wounds from shadow blasts."It was wonderful, Tahu," Gali said.'It was the Matoran," Pohatu said. "The Ussalry went down to help you, and were able to hold the Shadow Kraata back just long enough for us to dislodge the rock wall.Calling his strength, Tahu stood up and looked into the deep abyss nearby. He recognized it was the Kraata chamber, now filled with the light of Mata Nui's sun, and filled with the rotten corpses of Shadow Kraata.Later, Turaga Matau held a ceremony praising the Toa for their bravery. On behalf of his team, Tahu accepted a Gilded Mask of Heroism, a Kanohi painted gold in a fashion similar to a Copper Mask of Victory, the latter given to skilled Matoran athletes.Tahu looked at the Kanohi for a second with admiration, before dropping it in the hands of Onepu, whom had led the brave mission to protect the Toa."Not I or any Toa deserves this mask," Tahu said. "Today's heroes are you, the Matoran, and so the Mask of Heroism is yours."Kopaka called Tahu to the side during the following celebrations. Kopaka looked solemn. While the Matoran rejoiced, the Toa were burdened with the knowledge that the Shadow Kraata chamber was likely one of many, and the Makuta was far from defeat in any case."Brother, the Makuta has surely learned of what we have done," the Toa of Ice said. "I feel he will enact a devastating revenge. We should prepare for at least a possible defeat. Make sure the Matoran would remain safe."This was the first time the Toa of Fire had heard any sort of uncertainty in his icy brother's voice. "Worry not, brother. I am confident we can protect the little ones. Although I think they've more than proved they can take care of themselves from time to time."The EndReview
