LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed Announced

Recommended Posts

Today LEGO and Gameloft have announced a new game coming to mobile platforms later this fall. In LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed you'll be able to collect minifigures and sets from throughout the history of LEGO and then use them to form teams to battle it out and go on adventures. If you're going to be a Brickworld Chicago next month you'll get a chance to play it early before it releases on Android and iOS closer to the end of the year. You can watch the teaser trailer

and read the full press release over on The Brothers Brick. This game looks interesting and I will definitely try it out at the very least. How about you? Let us know what you think in the Talkback!

Is it too pessimistic to assume this will eventually go the way of Universe, Minifigures Online, and Dimensions?

Honestly, outside of the nostalgia of seeing older Minifigures and sets in the game, the play itself doesn't sound very interesting.

Probably not. The best games always seem to fare the worst when it comes to survivability.

As for the play, I think we would have to wait and see.

For Chima!

Corpus Rahkshi: Explota

Skyrise Ascent: Akkitu

We shall be pessimistic together, because I too think it'll be forgotten pretty quick.

Well, there are no video games since The Lego Movie 2 (it’s not my favorite game), but this is interesting.:)

Anyway, I’m in completely with Tahu is in it. I mean, it’s a huge part of history.

I like Lego, Bionicle, and Hero Factory!:)
