In a pretty unprecedented announcement, three projects were selected to become actual LEGO sets. Congratulations to the Playable LEGO Piano by SleepyCow, 123 Sesame Street by bulldoozer21, and The Pirate Bay by Bricky_Brick. All of these look like they'll make fantastic sets. In addition, Anatomini by Stephanix is still under review, "due to the highly complex design." I look forward to seeing the final designs once they come out, and will likely pick up at least one if not all three.
